I challenge the 72% number here in 2020 but it is definitely a huge part of the problem. The "problem" is very multifaceted, multipronged. There are issues with police. What is very easy to define is the role the media plays in inciting unrest, division, of exploting groups of people for their own ratings and therefore profits.

This past weekend 61 people were shot in Chicago. 9 dead, including a 3, 16 and 17 year old. The two teenage boys were not a part of gang affiliation supposedly. Innocent people dying every day.
