I have noticed that alot of players have made picks on the preseason games and this contest was meant as a regular season contest. The start date was Sept 10 but somehow ended up as Sept 1. The system allowed most of us to play the first game of the regular season to enter the contest and it was the only game listed at the time. A week or so later when the preseason lines were posted it allowed players to make picks on those games. Two of you did fair and the rest of you stunk the joint up. Covers is trying to reset the contest for the correct date to be fair to the players who didnt know the contest was starting with the final preseason week but they are not sure that the system will allow them to correct this. To be safe,I am advising all of you to play the last few games tonight if you like any of them because you may or may not get credit for them. It is a toss up at this point until I hear back from Covers tech support. The guys that p;ayed those games really have no big advantage on those of us that didnt because they are less than 2 games winnings ahead which is nothing. So just in case they cant reset the date, you may want to play tonight as these games may or may not count.
