This is th NFL.....and its the playoffs....Way to many points!
What does that even mean? That double digit wins in the playoffs aren't likely. Yet both teams today would have covered this number. Go back years and you'll find the divisional playoff games yield the biggest blowouts simply cause you have mismatches like this one.
Panthers are hungry and rested. It'll be sunday night and the crowd will be devastatingly loud. They will blitz! Warner will turn the ball over. This line is a gift! They're gonna run it down their throats just like every other good team has that has beaten arizona this year. Watch this cardinals team crumble away. The line screams take Arizona and that's why it's set at 10 otherwise they're be no arizona money.

I agree. People are looking at the last game between these 2 and seeing only a 4 point win, and thinking that will happen again. I doubt it. Boldin is sure to be less than 100% with that hammy. The Panthers will be getting anywhere from 2-4 starters back from injury because of the bye. AZ has been horrendous on the road this year in the east, especially on defense. The Panthers running game has improved quite a bit since these teams first met. AZ may be fooled into thinking they can run the ball again after last week, meaning they will waste some plays on 1 yard carries.
Everyone thought that AZ was limping into the playoffs and were going to get killed by ATL, it didn't happen, so now AZ is good? No, they still have no D or running game. Take CAR -10.

THIS spread is to get all the Arizona money in ....dont worry it wont last long...wait till it drops to 9....some mf is going to drop 50k on it thinking he is getting a bargain! right right....I will wait till it drops to hopefully 8 and then consider carolina but maybe not seeing the last time they played was only a 4 pt difference....the total dropped tonight to 48 but I still think that might be a bit high....

I've read you guys opinion for 2 years and don't ever say anything but for this game I think you gotta look at the fact that 10 points isnt something you gotta feel comfortable with even though I would take carolina at home. I feel a lot better about the over. Even with a little rain I would see the panthers putting up around 30 and the cards 20-17 points.
My conservative score is 31-20 but you gotta believe the cats are hungry against the cards D

of Kurt Warner playing gunslinga trying to catch up to the Panthers after they run wild on them because they are on the road against a team that is undefeated at home....
and a classic backdoor cover....
I may just take the Carolina Moneyline even though I would be risking around 4 times I assume....
or I may tease it with the Ravens...
Ravens +9
Panthers -4

arizona got their playoff win at home last week, now on the road - things will be very different. i've been calling the panthers my superbowl winners for the last 6 weeks, and i see them rolling over the cards at home (5-2 ats).
*panthers (large)

I will be at the LV Hilton this weekend betting this one big
my thoughts EXACTLY... you're actually the one who got me on those ML bets, but it worked out great for me last year in the NBA playoffs... Panthers games are too whack for me to feel comfortable with points, but carolina has too many huge edges.... coaching with john fox... playoff experience at QB AND elsewhere (warner and james are about it for zona) ... a team that dominates at home, while zona has been terrible on the road.
CAR ML

HAHA just read that after I posted my ML pick.....
you are crazy my friend....
the question is am I as crazy as you....
I will be doing a lot of analyzing on this one. This may just be my biggest single bet of the year so far. I will be in Vegas for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) this weekend, staying at the LV Hilton which just happens to have THE LARGEST (30,000 sq ft) Sports Book in the US (if not the world). I will be betting College and NBA ML’s hard. I will be taking a hard look at this game while I am there. There is no way that Carolina undefeated at home, in the playoffs, shouldn’t be able to POUND the Cards in this game. It should be extra cash for me while I am there. I love Money Lines. That’s about all I play. That way all you need is a straight up win. This line is still at 10 points and holding. Vegas is begging people to take that 10 points. Not I sayeth the Moneymaker!

CAR ML
ML's for me are where the money is it (for me any way). I love Carolina in this match-up. Especially in bad weather. Carolina will run all over the Cards in the wind and rain. Don't get me wrong though The Cards are a good team. They're great at home, not so good on the road. They are 3-5, winning all games in their division, and losing the rest. They have also lost EVERY game when they travel to the East Coast, and by an average of of 20 points. They did play the Panthers well the first time, but they also blew a 17-3 lead in the second half. The Panthers are a much different team from that point in the season. Their running game is better, passing game is dangerous. At home Arizona scores over 30 points a game, while on the road they only score 23.1. At home the Panthers are scoring an avg of 29.9 points a game. Defensively the Panthers only give up 13.9 points a game at home. Arizona gives up an avg of 31.0 points a game on the road. Atlanta was a good team, and the Cards played a good game and beat them. But also remember the Falcons haven't been great on the road either.
The Cards have a potent offense, but I doubt they will run for that much on the Panthers. The stats for their running defense have been skewd with the loss of both DT's. In the NYG game (300 yards). With Kemo and Lewis back, I expect them to be pretty stout against the run. The Panthers are also 8-0 at home. This game will end up being a good game, but easily and more so a very winable game for the Panthers.
PANTHERS ML FOR ME
(Unless something drastic changes)
