These are the same nutjobs who yesterday pounded Atlanta, New Orleans, N.Y. Jets, Miami, etc. - and also think teams like the Florida Gators and the Texas Longhorns are always going to cover that 30 points they have to give up every game.
Even though Man-Gina is a huge douche, and the Browns do suck donkey-balls, they're still an NFL team, and 10.5 is just too many points to pass up, at home, against a "defensive but not necessarily offensive" minded Ravens, and on a National televised game.
I think the Browns show up, and I like the over.....

Doesn't vegas know that the Ravens have already won three games by double digits (albeit all at home), including against the Browns. Doesn't vegas know that they are coming off a big loss to Cincinnati and want to stomp a mud hole in Cleveland.
