    Miami won't score much against the Ravens D, but I doubt the rookie QB will score at all.  And 65% of the pubic on Ravens cements it (I hate going with the public).

    What worries me about taking the Fins is if Pennington will have enough time to throw. Look at the previous game Pennington was only sacked on time, and threw one pick that was returned for a TD. Flaaco on the other hand was sacked 3 times and fumbled once, but had no INT's. Pennington however threw for almost 300 yards in this earlier match up.
     
    I expect Ricky Williams to play a bigger part of the run game and will get more than the 4 carries he had in the first game and Miami will keep trying to run the ball today which will open up some big passing plays. Miami DEF is underrated in this game and I think their DEF is what will actaully come down to deciding the game.

    Interesting information for whatever it is worth:
     
    Backing all four home sides could be dangerous. Since divisional realignment in 2002, not a single home underdog has won in the wild-card round, and only the Steelers, three-point dogs to Jacksonville last season, were able to cover the spread.
     
    At any rate, most of you have read my analysis above so here is my pick as I just pulled the trigger on the Ravens -3 (bought 1/2 point) and ROOTING for the Dolphins.  Just can't bet with my heart.

    Fpronk, well we are on opposite sides but will be rooting for the same team it appears.  I went with the Ravens but won't be unhappy to see the Dolphins win.  My best friend is a HUGE Dolphin fan and I can't root against them.  If the Ravens win however, I will get over my dissapointment quickly since I will cash in once again.

    ncrum:  both Arizona and Chargers were underdogs both won.  Miami may not win but I think they will cover.   Eagles in my opinion is the only strong play.

    I am a Maryland resident.  Cowboys come first and Ravens come second for me personally.  Anyhow, all bias aside I'd take the HOME DOG here ladies and gents.  You saw what happened to Matt Ryan yesterday.  Everyone was probably riding the Falcons' dick and see what happened.  This is a totally different stage from the regular season.  PLAYOFFS BABY!!

    Ravens lead the league in Ints, (Ed Reed with league high of 9)
    Ravens beat Miami in Miami already,(Fins only got 71 yds rushing)
    Does anyone remember Miami last year?! They are lucky to be here.
    The fins gimmicky offense that worked earlier in the year won't fly against this solid Defense
    Chad Pennington? Who would have bet on him last year?
    I rest my case.

    I am taking the Dolphins plus the points
    They are at home with a playoff experienced QB vs rookie
    Also hard for a team to beat a team twice on their field.
    Playoffs so i will go with the intangibles over the murderer.
