it's plain and simple. who will vegas benefit more from winning this game? that's all that matters, who vegas wants to win. throw all stats and matchups out the window. the real point is capping games is to figure out not who the better team is, but rather, who's side is vegas on for that particular game.

Balty has 25 players on injury report and 16 of those are on I R. They are on a short week on the road against the best record in football. If TENN don't turn it over or play bad ball TENNY win going away......

if you do a four team teaser you need 4 teams to cover. and you can only win what you put up so whynot just put it on one game and make it a 50% chance to win
tenn -3 looks good

An interesting matchup in this game will be between Finnegan and Mason. I look for the revenge factor here as Baltimore will use that B.S. loss to this team earlier in the season as motivation. Take the Ravens here.

Ed Reed's beard will score once. Titans are the like the numerous one and done Colts teams of the past. They dont have the same heart as the Ravens. Ravens/OV
GO TO LP FIELD AND TELL THOSE PEOPLE THAT.

BALTY IS LUCKY TO EVEN BE PLAYING THIS WEEK WORSE TEAM IN THE PLAYOFFS BESIDES A WASHED UP MIAMI TEAM.. THEY GOT 4 PICKS AND IT STILL TOOK TILL THE 4TH QT TO GET GAME IN HAND.... THEY DIDN'T DRIVE THE BALL DOWN THE FIELD ALL DAY....

my system (which has been money all season long with over / unders) favors the OVER in this game. it has this one projected at 39.6 with a sligh edge to the ravens to win SU. the only thing that worries me is the weather for this one. if the weather cooperates, i'd hammer the over. gonna look into that a little bit more before game time.
and for you teaser freaks, here's one to lock in....
3 tm 10 pt.
ravens +13 over 24

Temps dropping from 60 to about 45 around gametime. Raining during the morning hours (field covered?) with a slight chance later. Winds out of the SW 10-20mph.

Baltimore is on fire.. winning 5 out of the last 6. The defense will stop the run. not that they needed help but the Titan PB Center Mawae is out with a bad elbow. That will certainly hurt Tenn chances for CJ and LW creating manageable third downs for Collins.. Tennessee just hasnt been very consistent lately, check it out. they have lost their last 3 out of 6 going down the stretch (2 of those wins against CLE and DET). now I understand they had the clinch and it supposedly doesnt matter, but I dont think that is a good way to head into the playoffs. Baltimore will have its way with the run. McClain will be a bruiser today on the muddy field. I understand Tennessee will get Vandebrosh back and that could slow down Flacco, but Flacco proved to me last week that he is up to the challenge and not making Rookie mistakes. Manage the game and run the ball and let the defense win it. Ed Reed will make a play today.. take it to the bank!
As for the under, here are the keys - the 2 good defenses and the weather. the field is gonna be really MUDDY! and more rain to come. it will be a mess. good time to bang it off tackle and run ball control.. meanwhile rolling the clock. Baltimore went Under the last 4 out of 5 (Dal game was only over). Tenn went Under the last 2 out of 3 (and Held Hou to 12 pts)
I see this game similar to their meeting earlier in the year. during that matchup it ended up 13-10 Tenn, but now that Flacco has experience and wont make as many bad decisions, i see it 13-10 Baltimore this time.
Going with Baltimore +3 and UNDER 34.
13 - 10 BAL

I like Baltimore + 3 and Under 34 and here's why.

Jim, what happened to this theory. It worked well for you last week now what changed that? This is your quote from the Miami/Balt thread. You were right last week just curious why you don't like him this week. Thanks!
"Manning, McNabb, AND Warner. Now I'm taking the team with the rookie QB that has a ton of Super Bowl experience surrounding him."
This week pronk, Flacco is playing a team with an equal amount of playoff experience. That makes it a different story.
Good Luck FP maybe your right about the theory, it wouldn't surprise me to see Flacco have another decent game..... But you know Pronk I'm a Penn St fan, so I have to ride my boy Collins in this one.

Only play college games until the season is over so I only play "safe", high percentage games on pro playoffs. Best looking play today, confirmed by a couple of posters above is:
Two team tease---------Ravens +9 combined with Carolina -4
Five unit play with House Money (These two look more predictable than tomorrow's games.) to me. GL to all..
