Dallas will win...it's just a matter of how much.  Romo normally comes out big after a crappy performance.     I've watched almost every Dallas game since 89.    While it's tempting to take Carolina to cover I wouldn't bet on either team.  Personally I'm leaning towards over 46.    

 

 

and Dallas haters?  get yo mind right.  If you didn't watch the Giants game you would know that the Dallas D did an EXCELLENT and maginficent job. If Jason Garret continues to pound the ball and Romo doesn't throw picks Dallas would have blown out the Giants.  Only a moron would say ....well Dallas has a bad D therefore Carolina has to cover.  I know Dallas better than anyone on this board and I've proven it time and time again.  Jake Delhome is inconsistent too. You're gonna crap in your pants during the game either which way you go if you pick Dallas or Carolina to cover.  Peronally I would just stay away from this game unless u just have a gambling jones for iffy games.

Laying 9 with Romo at the helm (even against a slow-starting Panther team) isn't value........

Both of these teams have QB issues. I haven't missed a Panthers game since we got the team in 95. Carolina's Dline sucks & Marion Barber will probably be a scratch. Carolina does have a great running game & they still have Steve Smith. The Cowboys secondary looked bad against the Giants but Delhomo can make them look much better than they are. I'll take my chances though. Probably just because I'm a homer.

"EXCELLENT and maginficent job"? Dallas' defense has given up 877 yards of offense in 2 games, 427 to the Giants. It's like the little dutch boy who sticks his finger in the dike and another leak pops up somewhere else.

If Romo didn't throw picks the Giants would have been blown out, if Romo didn't bomb his way out of TB Dallas would have loss.

-9.0 is a lot of points for a team giving up 438 yards of offense a game. Shaky secondary and Steve Smith coming to town.  

8 dogs won outright this past weekend, 10 covered. With dogs 3 things can happen, you can win outright, you can lose and still cover or you can lose and not cover. 2 out of 3 ain't bad. The favorite has to win period.

With the home defense giving up 4 and a half football fields of offense a game, i say this game goes over and with a lot of scoring i think Panthers stay within the number.

Beware 0-2 dogs!

home team after a home loss. dallas can score 34 plus, can carolina score 14??? this game over the 47.  BUT wait for half time. if total pts scored is under 21 in 1st half, this is a great 2nd half OVER. ps winner dallas has NO PASS DEFENSE. dallas 42 carolina 27

 My # 3 Best Bet. The secret to winning is keeping good team records, especially on motivational factors. The Cowboys will find a way to blow the cover! An a SU loss is not out of the question!

One has to believe the Hot line call has been made to coach Philipps via peeved n' pissed J. Jones,making it clear about this week's game plan.
Quite logically,eliminating turn overs = Running the ball =Victory
The soap opera continues in Dallas as doubt rises ever more,regarding Romo's poor performance,the undeniable fact, 
How he tends to falter under pressure situation games.
Kid yourselves not Dallas fans, concern is legit and real.
On the other side,There is absolutely no excuse for Dallas to have allowed Giants to march down the field with such ease,to kick the winning field goal. 
Dallas D at fault ? No, not really...The culprit=Coach Philipps.
followed by Jason Garrett on the offensive blunder plays.
Game could of been won by Dallas if not for that last,inexplicable pass ,that last interception while Dallas was marching down the field via ground attack while Giants D was momentarily out of breath in the 4th.
Unless Warner,Manning, Mc Nabb,Favre,Brees are out with season ending injuries,There is NO way Dallas makes it to the Super Bowl under such un-inspiring leadership.
Making it worst though, is Head Honcho Jones,the pompous ring leader who thrives on public attention.
Believe me after having met this cat numerous times,without knocking his financial success,his football legacy will go down as the owner with the most plastic pigskin surgery .
Plastique is his way,far from the days of Coach Landry,Staubach,Lilly,Dorsett...Legends of the game...
Old school football will always prevail ,sans the Hollywood Soap opera that presently saturates Dallas Football.
Looking at Steelers, Giants,Colts,Ravens,there lies football the way it was,the way it should be,the way of winners.
If Dallas sticks to same offensive game plan as Giant Loss,
possibility of back to back national humiliation looms real.
Trends would indicate that Dallas should win by blowout,however they can ill afford a repeat turn over performance by Romo thus Dallas run game should dominate chewing down the clock ,
which suits fine for a Delhomme-Steve Smith Late cover while Jerry Jones is seen on National TV celebrating a bit prematurely with just ticks remaining...

I'm no hater of Dallas, but I personally can't see them winning for than 6 games this year. Romo is nothing more than a back up qb in a starters roles. Kinda how Jon Kitna was for the Detroit Lions.... Anyway Panthers all the way!

u are a Dallas hater.  you can't believe that Dallas is a 6-10 team.  if you really really believe that....then u sir are a moron.  but I don't know u so I am calling you a HATER. 
 
I'm sorry that a dallas player may have touched u as a child and he will rot in hades for that despicable act.  but 6-10?  ok, Shannon Sharpe predicted SB for dallas.  somewhere one of u has made a dumb*** pick.  and since he played in the league I'm going to assume he knows ALOT more than u do.  I wouldn't say SB, but if Dallas went deep in the playoffs it wouldn't be a surprise but an EXPECTATION.  6-10?  I"m saying with Just Kitna,  dallas would go 8-8.  and Romo is more than a glorified backup, look up his stats son.  On paper Romo is one of the greatest qbs of this DECADE. and that's not an opinion, but a fact.  will he ever win the big one?  probably not.  but let's give credit where credit is due.

Dallas should roll carolina is slow and finished time to rebuild that whole team. Romo 4td passes. Carlina has been awful this yr and late last yr

ok if romo does not throw one interception atleast i will cry at my self.. man if carolina plays the same way they played against atlanta they will get person to screw up not that he needs anyone to help him.. i think dallas by 3 or 4 the most here.

I agree with ya easypics. Been a Cowboy fan for
close to 40 years. Talent level from one team to the
next is a lot closer than people realize. What makes
1 team successful and another hopeless are injuries
and coaching. Coaches smart enough to know what
their players can and can not do. The only thing Jerry
Jones should be in charge of is signing the paychecks.
Jimmy won those superbowls. All Jerry did was hire him.
Now he acts like it was him who drafted and made the
trades. NOT! If he doesn't hire someone like Shanahan
or Cower and then back the fuck up and let them control
the draft, personal descisions and game day decisions, in
3 years we'll be worse than the Oakland Raiders. As for the stars
on the Cowboys now? Thank You Bill Parcells....
Jerry Jones has chosen pomp and flash instead of winning. Stay
in the owners box and not on the sideline. (And don't pick your
nose on national TV, you ass.) Lots of class..........

Dallas -8½ and Under 48. Monday Night Totals this high just never seem to get there plus public is pushing the side down and the total up. Line moves 11-20 Sunday. Ah the Books love the NFL and the NFL loves the Books.
