ML opened at dal -420 now down 40 toi -380   what gives ?? 
 
maybed I'm just  BAd NFL  handicapper but can you really see dallas losing 2 in a row at th new statium 
 
Wouldn't that be the headlines on Sportscenter   Skins fan her since birth  so I'd love to see them lose but dont see that happening on mnf.

Man that Over killed me last night with those turnovers and missed FG's.  Ohh well looking to bounce back tonight.  Still uncertain on the O/U ?  I my first lean is on over but then I look at the spot lights and think they may play some defense.

Always expect the unexpected on MNF...I dont think Dallas will lose however...There either gonna blow them out, or win by 3

Bigdaddy, last night sucked...INT in at the end of the 1st half, 4 and out with 6 min left in the Red Zone...Just awful...AZ is terrible this year without Haley

Big D your going crazy on this thread. Do you think Dallas can last the whole game? Their defense is actually worse than Car in terms of giving up yards. HMM. Car hasnt scored very much. Both defenses are giving up big points. The easy look is Dal/OV... public likes Car/OV. The books want Dal/Und. Seems reasonable that this could happen. Dal avg more yards per carry than Car. Running game really stressed by both teams. Throw in 3-4 turnovers yielding 3's here and there. The week so far is about 50% O/U. Funny how Vegas hits that. The OV lines 40 and higher have not hit vs the low totals for the week.   Playing with bookies Money. Lets go DAL/UND

Taking the Boys at home. Jerry couldn't have been happy after last week's loss in the new stadium. I also think the defense steps up and gets their first sack or 4 of the season.

of course I won't take it personal... I welcome someone to disagree with me so that I can argue my case... our arguements will help the other bettors in this forum choose their side....

to address the topic at hand... you are saying Romo is a choke artist...

I have 2 things to say about that...

number 1... we are in the regular season, not playoffs or a must-win to get them into playoffs... that's usually where he chokes lol.... also last week was against a very good Giants Defense.... I blame the long ball on the offensive coordinator (of course I don't know if that was him or Romo but I am assuming it was the O-coordinator) but that second interception was a great audible by the Giants defense switching to the cover 2....

I agree, he is the biggest choke artist I have ever seen in the nfl.... someone who is so talented blows it more times than he wins it.... but he is still a very good quarterback, and he's playing at home, and he has had success against the Panthers....

So I think they will cover....

 

but I'm not taking it, that's just my opinion... too many points for me....

Every Monday Night I play the OVER... so tonight I will play the OVER....

my logic is if the MNF over hits 2-1 during the year (figure 12-6) and I put the same wager on it every Monday night... I will win substantially....

so.... let's say I put $100 on every monday night game, I am assuming I will win 1200, and lose 660... making me money during the season and starting my week off with a bang.... 

Last year the MNF OVER hit right around 2-1 over the course of the season...

this year it's 3-0... and has started me off every week with money in my account....

only I couldn't resist the temptation of taking the Colts -3 against Miami so I won a reverse in the OVER...

I have to go with trends tonight.    Both teams are not really looking very sharp.   I think everyone has some good points.     I think the real play here tonight is Dallas and the under .     I know 10 points is alot but I feel the boys are needing to make a statement in Jerrry's world.

Carolina is the play here.  Carolina has got an elite RB and WR and will hang in this game as long as Delhomme doesn't have a meltdown.

I am taking the over too...I actually wasn't directing the comment to you Breakabookie, it was actually to the guy you quoted...

Anyway, good luck...I know I will take the over on MNF until I lose, and not sure which side I want...I like CAR, but something in the back of my mind keeps telling me Dallas might blow them out...

But I go back to the Tampa game...Tampa put up 20+ points on Dallas, and honestly, Tampa sucks this year...Carolina was keeping it close in ATL, and had a chance to tie the game...I think the score will be something along the lines of 35-20, and Carolina might score a TD to cover...If this were a 1pm game, I would take Dallas to cover 9...

But this is MNF, and regardless how good one team is, you can never count the other out...

This game reminds me of CLE and NY last year on MNF...

Romo won't have 2 bad games in a row.  Check the status he is pretty good after a bad performance.  He took it on the chin and blamed himself for the loss.  He normally does a weekly interview with the press...choose to skip that.  He is 100% focused on this game.  Look for good ball manamgement and lots of running.  This will be a lot like the Tampa game.  Close early and Dallas pulls away late as they wear down Carolina D.  Carolina Offense is bad and Jake is just awful...set a new NFL mark with 9 picks in his last 2 games as started.  Carolina D tires due to lack of Panther offense.
 
Take the under...95% of the money is on over...don't think Vegas is going to let that happen.
