I did great in the college bowls and sucked big time in the NFL on Sunday so I'm passing on this one...I was going with the Bears but after seeing what Flynn did yesterday with almost an SU victory over the Pats I cannot take any back up qb for granted.
Good luck everyone
Wish i could do the same like you BD. But the degenerate darkside is alway stronger for me. Will wait for the Dr. to make a call and maybe a small 1st half and game, but will pound the 2nd half. LOL.
Happy holiday.

Farve has been changed from out to questionable, which is the reason for line movement. Doesn't mean he plays, they say he will test his arm out before game time. Anybody else getting tired of this guy grandstanding by making his mind up at the last minute on everything. Can't stand it when announcers forget about the game and turn it into the ongoing courage of Farve. He needs to retire to Dr Drews rehab show, reality TV is calling this guy.

I watched all you losers who pounded the Patriots yesterday after I said the Packers were going to cash the money in. Chase your losses tonight and pray hard.

Minnesota is 7-2 against the spread in their last nine games as a home underdog of 3.5 to 10 points, 1-4 against the spread in their last five against the NFC North, and 0-7 against the spread in their last seven games as an underdog. Chicago is 4-1 against the spread in their last five Monday Night games, 2-7-1 against the spread following a loss, and 1-4-1 against the spread in their last six games as a favorite. The Favorite has covered in four of the last five meetings and the home team has won 13 of the last 16.
This game has so many variables it makes it a difficult call. We have a rookie QB, tough weather, two teams that got beaten up last week, and some questionable players on the injured list. I always think that if the weather conditions are bad, it favors the offense as the defense will need to react and bad footing makes that nearly impossible. Both teams have guys like Devin Hester, Forte, Knox, Chester Taylor, Adrian Peterson, Percy Harvin, Sidney Rice, Joe Webb, etc., all guys who can make people miss under the best conditions. The total is set at 33 and I think that might be a bit low even though this one shapes up to be a low scoring game because of the strong defenses. I still think this one slides over.

Life long Bears fan here. Dennis Green may not being coaching the vikings tonight, but da Bears will show who we think they are...
da Bears have had a horse-shoe up their ass all year and they will get exposed again (like last week) tonight.
Week one da Bears win a game that they lost against the Lions, while GB losses they only true RB in Ryan Grant..
da Bears faced a 3rd string QB in Miami and in their 2nd game against the Lions.
All of da Bears tough games have been at home, Philly, Pats and next week against the JETS. da Bears loss at home to Seattle, so if you think that they cannot lose tonight, think again.
da Bears luck continues as they may face a cab-driver for QB tonight, that is why Favre wants to play tonight, because these two teams do not like each other and Favre does not want to let his team down facing a Bears team that everyone wants to beat for former Bears and Head Coach Leslie Frazier.
This is going to be a battle in cold ass conditions and after a couple of hits, don't you have to believe that Cutler will turn into Mr. Hyde?
Vi-queens with Favre take da Bears back down to "What we thought the were..."

The Vikings take to an outdoor stadium with their new QB in this one. The public believes the Bears will cover this spread and it will go OVER the total. This game will be in the single digits and snowy but heck, isn't this how football used to be played all the time? Joe Webb gets the call here, taking over for two very ineffective QBs in Brett Favre and Tavaris Jackson. That duo combined for 13 TD passes to 22 INT's. Webb is green, but it's hard to be worse than that. As a result of the QB change, the Vikings will probably rely more on Adrian Peterson to try to crack through a tough Bears defense that is ranked #3 in the league in points allowed and #2 in rushing yards allowed. If Chicago is vulnerable anywhere, it's through the air as Chicago is ranked in the bottom half of league in pass defense. After a rough start to the season, Jay Cutler has performed well in recent weeks (barring his poor performance last week vs. New England). On the season he is completing 62% of his passes with 17 TD to 12 INTs. He will try to penetrate a Vikings defense that is ranked #6 in the league in yards allowed. The Bears are just 7-27 ATS in their last 34 December road games. But, Minnesota has yet to cover the spread this season as an underdog (going 0-7). The Vikings are 28-13 to the OVER in their last 41 games after being outgained by 100+ yards last game. But, Chicago is 12-4 UNDER after an ATS loss since last season.

A change of venue could be a good thing for Chicago (9-4), which has lost seven of its last eight at the Metrodome.
The Bears have won 10 straight outdoor games in December and January against dome or warm-weather teams, but didn't look prepared for wintry conditions last weekend.
Playing in cold weather with snow and a 30-mph wind swirling through Soldier Field against New England last Sunday, Chicago was run over in a 36-7 loss, snapping a five-game winning streak. The Bears trailed 33-0 at halftime and were outgained 475-185 in the game.

The Bears kill the Vikings. Joe Webb? Are you kidding me. The Vikings don't score a point and won't cross mid-field until under 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter. They won't even have 100 yards of total offense and Webb will throw 3-5 picks tonight. Even if Favre plays the Bears kill the Vikings. The Bears need this game no matter what even if the Packers lost. Load up on the Bears tonight because last night I had the Packers at 15.

After a pretty dismall season I have hit 3 in a row with No.ill, BYU, and the Packers. Took the Vikes +7. Ill take the points with the weather and hold my breath. The Bears and Vikes both suck, and I dont care what the Bears record is.
