Dallas on a big slide downhill and they are gonna continue that way into 2010

After watching the last 2 games ,(Washington & Atlanta) an especially Redman of the Falcons, I left with the impression that N O is content just to get by with a W.  In the meantime, Romo is painfully aware that he's been stinking up the joint in December. Dallas is also aware with 1 game up that the Eagles have, they can't afford to lose another game, and still win the division. If they can break the jinx, by God forbade upsetting the Saints, they will be able to meet Philly in week # 17, and hopefully overtake them for the division crown. Well that's my take, sir. Anyway GL!

If you analyze the games that NO has almost lost, they have problems with teams that can run the football well...

and despite Dallas's inability to run the ball into the endzone last week they run the ball very well....

the only part of your argument that I agree with is Phillips is terrible.... but Romo isn't a bad qb, and their defense is good, and their run game is good..... and I hate the cowboys lol

i have to agree with u break a bookie.  Kricky does not speak for most dallas fans.  not at all.  Break, that is exactly what I have been thinking.  Dallas Running game and Defense will keep the game close going into the 4th quarter.  After that, then it will fall apart for someone.  more than likely dallas will make crucial mistakes in the 4th quarter, but dallas is good enough to keep it within 7.

If you were to look up last weeks post on the NO Saints forum, I posted that the smart pick was NO - 6 in the 1st half, and the over final score ( which did not hit because of a failure to convert on a STUPID FAKE)  OVER 50 final score 26-23. I also talked a lot of shit and I see that Mr Breakabookie is once again trying to get my attention up above so hello there Mr BrokeBackmountain.  Why do you like to come on the Saints forum and bash my team? I know that the Saints have not covered the spread last couple of games, but don't you think after seeing that in writing SAINTS -7 would be the right play? I absolutely think so! Not only because it is the logical pick and I happen to do very well going against what ever Mr. VUE99NEVERMIND picks. Saints at home is definitely a different animal. At home they do not want to disappoint the crowd who will be screaming at the top of their lungs after every big play.
 Yes they have disappointed me as far as not covering the spread but 16-0 is looking real good man. Look for big plays from           #2 ranked in INT's S Darren Sharper, #5 ranked in sacks Will Smith, and the star MLB of the last 2 games, Mr Jonathan Vilma who had an INT in the last two games in the 4th quarter with 12 tackles both games combined.

All in all, the Saints will win convincingly at home as always. Even if this game is not that important as far as the playoffs go, do yourself a favor and tune in on NFL.COM/ NFL NETWORK. Look up "Rest vs Rust". They analyze the difference between the 2 undefeated teams. Just so you know, the saints is the team that want's the perfect record. They have the rotation down as far as keeping the players healthy. They have the most spread out team in the league. Plays are made by almost everyone as a team. The ball does not go to only one of the legible receivers but all of whom is checked in as a receiver of the ball. The IR list looks good with no one seriously injured and playing a trendy December team as the Dallas Cowboys.

I said the Falcons for years now, have kept it close, and many, many, many,many times I got toasted for betting what on many occassion appeared that the Saints were the better team. In the real world-yes! However, in the "spread/world"- different story, pal!  As for my record (long term 56-57 % ATS), I'll go one on one w/ you on any game! As for my post this week, I'm taking the 7 and the 'Boys! Yeah- I know the Saints will probably win here and cover- but in the long run, I try not to give too many points, to any team. All right there Mr. Vue. Lets win some money. Unfortunately, this week and the past we have been on opposite ends and thats OK. I do appologize for bashing your posts and I will also keep in mind to practice what I preach( EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OWN OPINION). I have been posting for a while now and I can see who actually knows what they are talking about. I personally dont care for " I LIKE THIS TEAM, I LIKE THAT TEAM" kind of posts with no stats to back them up, and I see that you are beginning to put them into your posts and I'll take it into consideration. Mr. Breakabookie absolutely knows what the hell he is talking about and quite honestly, he has made me double think my picks in the past and he was correct. Although he doesn't like my AVATAR of the SAINTS LOGO, he still knows the game.

Now as far as this game, check out the home games for the Saints and the road games for the Dallas Cowgirls in this past season and see why I like the Saints to cover here. I trully think that our defense will show up and dominate this weekend for the home crowd. Dallas has become almost like the Patriots and Colts but not that good. What I mean is they have become "PREDICTABLE" They also have gotten desperate, and not poised. The saints offense is rated #1 in many aspects especially the passing game who is going up against the Dallas's rated #21 defense against the pass. I know that they have a running game that is ranked #9 but dont forget that the saints have Will Smith # 5 in sacks, and trhey have recently signed a player by the name of Babineaux who is 6'4" , 285 lbs, and runs the 40 in 4.7 seconds. Our MLB by the name of Jonathan Vilma has been coming up with huge INT'S in the last two games along with 12 solo tackles. The saints "D" has been questionable and I can understand why but when you look at the stats for the Saints defense at home, it is a different story and hard to ignore. Also' dont forget about BELL, BUSH, and THOMAS running 4 the Saints. They are not just runners but catches very well too.

This is only the second time this season that the boys are the underdog and properly so. If they won last week would the point spread still be 7? W/ out homefield advantage, it would be -4. Last season at around this time, the NO Orleans Saints won by the score of 42-7. It was an aerial attack by brees putting up 5TD's. Look for the same kind of results with a lot of play action short passes for huge gains by Regie Bush. Will Smith sacked Romo twice in that game and look to do the same. Big Daddy Warbucks cant buy a win for his team. I do believe that this game is more than just a game but with a little chip on the shoulder is what I suspect. The Saints look to redeem themselves on defense and at home is the perfect arena for it. There is no denying that the Saints can score against a # 21 ranked passing defense at will. I dont see a punt in this game by the Saints.

I am not saying Dallas will win but did you see the Saints D against the Falcons with a back up QB and RB? Dallas beat the Falcons with all there starters. The Saints D is very suspect and I expect Dallas to be able to throw the ball on them, this game will be alot closer then what people think.

well..... I think so..... but I think if you bet the Cowboys +7 you'll be sweating it out all game every time Drew Brees dropps back....

I would be in shock if the Cowboys pull an upset....

IN COMES THE 3RD STRING IF ANYTHING HAPPENS EARLY IN THE GAME. I SEE COLTS UP BY 3 POINTS AND JAX MAKES THE TD TO WIN BY 4. TEASER FAILS TO COVER. CLOSE FIRST GAME TELLS THE TALE AND ALL OUT JAX WILL BE PLAYING HARD. JUST MY THOUGHT.

IMHO Dallas has quit on Wade baby and they are just waiting for him to get canned.  They will be back next year with guess who as their head coach.  I'm going to go with MIKE SHANAHAN.  See ya Wade and the Cowgirls for this year.  Saints win by at least 10. ALL
