Romo at home opener and defense.
usually these teams scrap a good defensive game. going under but think it hits close to the 39.5 marker

Head-to-head, the road team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings between the two teams and the under is 4-1 in the last five encounters. The Cowboys are just 2-5 ATS in their last seven overall against Washington, but they are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 as visitors.

just a lil something i found. Interesting. but fate knows today. It never met yesterday.

Dallas and under it still is.

Well two things here that will probably make a big difference.

The Cowboys have all sorts of problems on the offensive line. They simply cannot protect Romo and will probably have a hard time running the ball.

Second, Shanahan is tough as hell on opening day and when you give him months to prepare for a team. Dallas might win this one but I would not be surprised to see Washington win outright.

Take the Skins and the points. Dallas might have a great D, but offensively they look to have a LOT of problems...it all starts with the offensive line baby.

I know Dallas is struggling with the depleted O line.....but Washington isn't very good, and the Hainesworth thing is a huge disruption....and McNabb is 70% at best.

Dallas wins this in an ugly 17-13 fashion.

just to throw it out there. i live in baltimore bout 30-40 min away from landover MD and its been a slight rain here all day long and calling for fog tonight. they shouldn`t see any rain there but feild might be a lil slick witch could make things a lil slopy.

That might be your #1 rule... You shouldn't let your picks be defined by rules. Home dogs have value in some instances, but this dog isn't going to hunt. I like the Cowboys in this spot. This team has too many weapons and great defense. Don't think the Cowboys don't know they have issues with their O-Line. They've had weeks to prepare for quick outs, slants, and the triple-headed monster in the Dallas running game. Good luck with your pick, but my final play is Cowboys -4 (large) & Un 40 (large). Probably coupled with a two-team parlay.

I'm taking the boys BIG today. Pit and Mia won me 2 dimes.  2 dimes minus 3 cowboys.  Different team for McNabb......Same results. GO COWBOYS!!!!

THIS LINE IS A TRAP.  PUBLIC PERCEPTION WARRANTS DALLAS TO BE FAVORED BY MORE THAN 3PTS.  EVERYONE THINKS WASHINGTON IS GOING TO SUCK.  SHANAHAN IS A SOLID AND PROVEN COACH THOUGH AND THIS GAME IS IN WASHINGTON.  JUST BASED ON WHERE VEGAS SET THE NUMBER I WILL TAKE...
