He'll do the same Matt Cassell did to the Broncos...and he only had 39 NFL Pass Attempts coming into this season and I don't think he played a down in college.
The Browns offense is more than the QB. They are loaded with talent and you will see that tonight. Only 2 teams have put up more than 21 on the Browns all year... The Ravens and the Cowboys...So, if you think the Bronocs will roll into Cleveland and toss up 24 you're fooling yourself.

every thread i go to you're either eating popcorn or posting a mess of these emoticons. bring something to the table or we wont be seeing you around these parts much longer.

Why is everybody all over Brady Quinn? What has he done to prove to anybody that he will perform well? If the Browns are struggling with last year's Pro Bowl QB Derek Anderson, I doubt Brady Quinn will do any better:
DEN +3.0
GL ALL
im on the browns because denver will be in a hostile environment tonight, they cannot pressure the qb, their run game has not been as good as it can be, and without champ bailey coverage sacks will be minimal.

I respect your opinion but I have to disagree. Matt Cassell is on the NE patriots with Bill Bellichek. NE is a very well coached team and they were able to carry Cassell with the run game and strong defensive play. Denver had what 2 or 3 straight turnover? (Just FYI, I bet NE in that game, check the posts). Sammy Morris in that game broke out 100+ yards. Whereas, Cleveland is not a very well coached team as we can see from the drama brewing in Cleveland (it will only get worst after they lose this game). You can not compare NE to Cleveland.
Quinn who has not started an NFL game and everybody expects him to go out there an be a savior? I wouldn't put my money on it.
I would assume Shannahan worked with the team on their bread and butter, THE RUNNING GAME (they are so good with that zone blocking, make one cut and GO!). And if they can get that going this should be an interesting game.

This game has me baffled, this is the time of the year when everything seems to reverse itself anything could happen tonight with Brady pulling the strings who knows but Denver has been very weak and shown they can't get motivated to play anyone perhaps there will be a reversal of fortunes tonight but I don't think so Browns playing over their talent level and Denver way under so it's cleveland tonight for me. -3 for 3 units.

Whats with everybody on this thread blowing the Browns all the time? They're marginal at best and clearly not making the playoffs(which will be proved tonight )! I think the Broncos will have a big game tonight, they know if they lose they let San Diego right back in the playoff picture. The Browns will be basically be eliminated from playoff contention tonight as they should have been already!
You and little sickone are the reason why I became a bookie at 18....I love taking your money.....

I was waiting for this post...lets remember who was in New England and helped install the offense that Tom Brady ran...and who probably played a big roll in drafting Matt Cassel before he left for ND in 2005....Charlie Weis the current coach of Notre Dame and one of the better offensive minds in football. This is the same ND where he coached a young Brady Quinn and ran a pro set offense. Hmm....let's see...do you think he knows how to run a pro offensive set...probably.
I can compare NE to anyone I want to..more so I was comparing QB's and I made an excellent point.

Congratulations on your excellent point. You can point out all the stats and facts you want but we will see how Quinn does once the game starts. He couldn't cover spread when he was at ND and I don't see it any different here in the NFL. Like the sports commentator says: "Quinn is the most popular guy in Cleveland even though he hasn't played a game."
Will you all be on the Quinn wagon after he blows this game? GL

I gotta agree with Fpronk again. Good insight, and good reasoning to back them up... Taking Browns -3 and over, maybe they can score on Denver the way they did on the Giants on prime time TV...

Beware of a New QB in a Offense. D Cord. seem to have a field day with Sacks....Beware for Browns to be a trap team at home. if Anderson was in then Id Punch it but now you see a new guy. hes good in College but is he good in the NFL thats the Big Question...and what a start on NFL Network 1st game of the Year. GL to ALL

I think I might be on the bandwagon...I believe he is the x-factor that the Browns are lacking. DA had a good 3/4 of year last year and this helped him keep his job. Look at DA's stats from week 13 of last year through this past week and you tell me he's the answer.
I guess we will see if he is a NFL QB or the next Ryan Leaf.
