I know KC isn't for real.  They HAVEN't BEAT ANYONE.   sorry.  call me when they consistently beat good teams like say the Dallas cowboys did last year. I'm not sure that KC is much better than say the Philly eagles if at all. In fact I have more faith in philly with Vick being healthy than I do KC.  I'm sorry, but hailing KC as a good team is like getting on the Denver Bronco's bandwagon last year when they started off 6-0....whoop de do.  If Kc should make the playoffs then I promise you I will send you a check for $50.  Just call me out on this site, we'll exchange #'s and a check for $50 will be yours.  Not trying to be arrogant or spiteful, but just being honest.  but we'll see.  I owe u a BIG APOLOGY if Kc can beat INdy straight up in Indy's backyard coming off a loss. but I doubt it will happen.  I'm BETTING ON IT

that would be some fake, book inspired line movement, just like last year when KC went into philly who had just lost to the saints.  Line opened at 9, then moved strongly down to 7 as if the books were scared of KC money, but in reality they were trying to deter sharps from a cookie of a game as Kolb preceded to carve them up in a beating.

Now you're turning the reigns over to manning and letting him carve away at one of the weakest secondaries in the game and he's pissed about a loss.  Not good for KC...

CLE is also not that bad (at least they have a win),  As for SF, they are prob, the best 0-4 team out there. SF could easily be 2-2 or 3-1.  They were dominating SEA in the first Q, and all hell broke lose.

SD is not THAT good.  They lost because of glaring holes in special teams and because KC had a chip towards their division rivals, always a good recipe for an upset as long as the home dog is at least mediocre.

Cleveland's improved, but they are what they are, a 1-3 football team, somewhat of a cookie for a young hungry KC team.

the 9ers have a lot of talent, but they're 0-4 because they are NOT a good team as of yet.  Their offense has been a mess and their defense is being asked to more than compensate.  If they were real contenders this year, they would have beaten KC and the seahawks.  There is no excuse for an allegedly good football team to lose those games.   They play up to the competition for the falcons/saints etc... and down to the competition against bottom feeders.  Until proven otherwise, that's who they are and KC was lucky to get them amidst their early season spiral.  Also, none of those teams was really capable of getting a lead and putting the game away like peyton and the boys are, but KC fans, you do not want to be put into a situation where cassel has to try to drive you back into a game and that's what's looking like it'll happen on sunday.

i would say the line is dropping because the injury list for Indy is growing.  Collie Questionable, Addai and Wayne Probable but not 100%, key defensive starters out, Q, or proable.

 

I was all over this, dropped a large one, and started reading about these injuries, now I hate this bet.

Given the Chiefs pass defense sucks and Indy's entire defense sucks or is hurt, it's up to who strikes first IMO.

Indy needs to get out to a lead because KC will score  they have the ball, and use long drives with thier running game.

Wildcard-  If Cassel turns it over a couple times Indy should be OK.  Otherwise this is a game of who's defense sucks less. Gotta hope for some turnovers Indy, otherwise this is a nailbitter and advantage KC

you know all i have heard you guys talk about is how bas the chiefs offense is and how good the colts offense is.. no one cares about how bad the colts D is this year? they tied the game with the jax and couldnt hold them back in the last seconds of the game?!? they got lit up by the texans.. chiefs will play to win the game, chiefs will cover if the colts D plays like every game.. manning scoring means nothing when the chiefs have their amazing runner backs with a D like that..

I think KC is a pretty solid and under rated team and the points here would not be a bad thing to take.  But, I can't stay away from Indy in the spot!  2-2.....at home coming off a lose with the last undefeated team in the league coming in.  I have to take the Colts here.......although, I could see KC putting up a fight!
