I'm just reminding everyone tom brady does not lose 3 in a row... but i do like kc though. And would be nice to see Alex Smith prove to the 49ers he could have won the Super Bowl for them... lol GLTA

The Chiefs seem to be Hot on Defense! And seem to be able to put long drives and take time off the clock just seems they settle for F.G.'S they will need to finish off drives with T.D.'S and dominate in time of possein and limit the big plays the Patriots Seem to get at the right time! I see the CHIEFS pulling off the upset 31 to 20!

The red hot Chiefs have won 11 straight, including their first playoff win since '94, ending a stretch of 8 straight playoff losses. The Pats look extremely vulnerable with all of their injuries, losing shockingly to Miami in Week 17 to hand home field advantage to Denver. Brady has a bum ankle, and is missing a couple key protectors on top of it.
The Chiefs might be the team to beat in the AFC now. Going strong with KC +5. Like the under too.

This is going to be a very tight game with conservative play calling by KC. Losing Maclin for KC is like losing an arm. The Patriots have a ton of injuries, but with Edelman back in the saddle, Brady is gonna be a whole lot more comfortable in the pocket. He has White out of the backfield, Gronk over the middle and now Edelman deep. KC has the edge on defense, but the lack of a deep threat will allow NE to contain Kelce and the running game and that means a lot of QB pressures and sacks and potentially INT;s from Smith. I don't like layin that many (5) points, but NE prevails and takeaways will be the reason why.
NE 31 - 17 KC GL all

Yes ACE you were right, I admit my under pick was a bad losing one. I can't believe how many totally missed defensive plays there were, guys WIDE OPEN, and the special teams (or lack of) makes you wonder how they both got that far.But you were spot on ACE with the call on Watson, good call buddy. It's not the first ganme I've called wrong and it won't be the last, but as long as I call more right (which I consistently have) than wrong I'll stay happy.
As for this game I can't lay 5 points to a team, and excellent coach, I agree with az49 that losing Maclin is a big deal for KC......... so I think the NE defense is a bit suspect and will allow 20-27 points while Brady,Edelman and Gronk will have a big day. I'm betting on the OVER in this game. Should be a very close game. Good luck all! -- THE MYTH

I don't understand the pundit's on this one. The Pats at home, favored, with a week off, and Brady with Gronk and Edelman upgraded to probable?! This a no brainer... Pats and over!

Whoops! Weather update !!!,... Cold with freezing rain and wind :-j Pats luv playin' in the increment conditions,... I'll stay with the Over, even w/o any kind of runnin' game goin' for 'em. Short quick pass attacks 'll get it done

KC's defense has given up an average of 10 points & scored an average of 33 points on Offense. On the road
Pat's D has given up an average of 21 points & scored an average of 27 points on Offense .At home
KC and the points .also moneyline
The last 5 games for the pats are an anomaly. That is in now way a reflection of the team you will see coming off a bye week on saturday. Everyone is forgetting what they looked like when they were 10-0 with basically the same cast of chararcters they will be marching out on the field satrurday in the 40 degree rain in foxboro. With Maclin's inury the line should be -7. Patriots D was top 10 in scoring D this year only allowing 2 pts more per game than KC.
Bottom line is you have Alex Smith on one side of the field and Tom Fucking Brady on the other, the greatest QB EVER! I'll take the pats -4 (-130) all day every day against anyone in the AFC in Foxboro where hes 14-2 in post season. The guy has more playoff wins than any QB in history and you think Andy Reid and Alex Smith will come to Foxboro and leave with a W? NO WAY

Pats will put the Chiefs away. Look at the teams Kansas City has defeated on their streak coupled with Pats getting healthy . I don't think it will be close. Pats by double digits .

It makes me a trap pick since week 16 rested most of their starters patriotic stars and thus returns this week ... but curiously a team entering a 0-2 playoff normally lost or complicated sele ..but you can not challenge the teacher 's suicide tom brady

Pats-5 Is my pick because they will have everybody playing at home against the hottest team in football thats due for a loss especially on the road against The great Pats. 27-13

Pats relaxed week 16 everyone was saying they let the jets win because would have been better to have nyj not steelers in playoffs. That backfired because jets lost to buffalo and steelers got in. Then pats picked up jackson and ran only running plays in the first half week 17 vs dolphins. Pats already no 2 defense, and getting back hightower and other star defensive players this saturday, no way smith and co will score 30 points on ne like they did to houston with injured jj watt.
And then everyone knows the active offense players back this week. This game is scheduled first on saturday so not expecting a barn burner. Pats and over. Cheifs will fade with lack of experience in post season vs ne at home.

From what I remember pats haven't lost 3 in a row since I think 2002 or 4 and are very good on a bye so going on that have to take pats to win I think close game tho
