Despite the trouble brewing in Minnesota, I wish I could find a way to pick the Bears......even getting 7 points. The Vikings have sucked lately however and Favre is starting to show signs of poor play.....again. This ones outside in the cold, but even that may not be enough for the Bears to win. I'll take the under and and look forward to Favre tossin a couple of picks at critical times. Who knows, maybe Childress will actually succeed in yanking Favre this week if things get ugly.

Bears in the ML here.......Vikes are in trouble and begining to fade.  They are playing tight and not loose like they were through most of the year.  On paper, the Vikes should roll.......but situationally, I think the Bears are in the last spot of the season to actually play well and have a reason to be fired up.

Brad Childress' nickname is "Chilly," an apt term to describe the frost that has built up lately between him and Brett Favre. But the idea of any cold should be enough to make the Vikings shudder. Despite the fact that Favre built his legacy in frigid Green Bay, he now has lost his past seven road games when the game-time temperature reaches 37 degrees or colder, including last Sunday night's game in Charlotte, N.C. Not only have Favre and his team lost those games, but they have been blown out in them, outscored 195-68. In five of those games, Favre's team failed to score more than seven points. A Favre-led team has not won on the road when the game-time temperature was 37 degrees or colder since Jan. 6, 2002, when the Packers beat the New York Giants 34-25 at the Meadowlands.

MIN -7:  the Bears haven't covered since Nov. 1. Their offense and defense is stinking up the league, they're dominated in the trenches on both sides of the ball, and Cutler has already mailed it in. Score: Vikings 27-Bears 14 (4 units).

If the Bears don't show up with something to prove, the temperature could be below zero and they will lose. I think the Bears want to give their fans a post Christmas present.

Chicagos run Defenses is rated in the mid to late 20s... Adrian Peterson will run all over them like he always does... especially if the weather has anything to do with the game... This game will be a result of not the vikings getting it together, but rather the bears being that bad... Cutler will get sacked close to 5 times, Allen being 3 or 4 of them cause he blows right by pace, and their only chance will be forte... Who also wont do anything seeing as how the Vikings run D is unreal and that line is ridiculous even with the injuries... As a bears fan this seems like a no brainer to me, Vikings win and cover the -7... With all that said, GO BEARS!!!

Born and raised in CHI TOWN but cant see my boys pulling it together playing on monday night is like a curse for the boys Since 1970, the Bears hold an overall record of 19-34 on Monday Night Football. [1] Since 2006, the Bears have a 5-5 record and with all the injuries don't know if they can cover the 8 points my guy is giving  looking at the under here don't see bears scoring much.

Bears and the under. Wind at 19 mph, 20-10 degrees. Minn has lost on the road and I believe they are playing for seeding. Getting 9 points in Vegas for the Bears.  I see the Bears covering 9. Look at the trend of the games on Sunday. Tampa, Jets,Texans on the road. I see Minn falling apart, especially if Favre gets sacked early on and has his chained rattled. If the points were 6.5-7 I might take the Vikings. This is a situational spot. What do the Vikings have to play for? Seeding? Injuries are a concern with Chilly. Bears may win outright. Culter has only 5 int at home. Taking Bears ML and the Under. BOL.

I will be in attendance tonight on the lakefront!! Da Bears have a tough time scoring any points and Cutler is sure to throw between 7 and 15 picks like usual.  I do believe this is going in the under...barely, but the under no less.
