5 points to any home team on a Monday night is dangerous. 49ers are supposed to have a top tier D even though they did not show up last week. I would never say anything is a sure bet or anything like that but don't fall in love with the Saints.

Saints probably will cover the first half, and hopefully you will see David Carr in the second half for the 49ner's. If so, the 49ner's will make a strong push to covering the spread at the end of the game.
And, I'm guessing that this will mark the benching of Smith and the emergence of David Carr as the new starter for the 49ner's.
I think that's the way the script is written.

No, that was last night in Indy.....this is a team in SF that will be fired up as hell coming out of the gates with Singletary on the sidelines.  They looked like crap last week right??  So did Cincy, so did the Bears, so did Denver......get the point.  They all rolled this week.  In the NFL, we all need to look closely at the home dog getting more than 3 at home with a team coming in from half way across the country......who didn't look like the dominant team most people expected in the first week.  They barely got by a bad Minnesota team last week at home!!!  So far only one playoff team from last year is 2-0...........I'm not sayin......I'm just sayin!?!?  

I got SF earlier this morning at 6 and the over 43 1/2 in even amounts with a small hook on the game.  I'm pounding on the over 7 1/2 in the first quarter though!!!  That is the play of this game as I think SF has 10 or more coming out of the gate.  This one should come down to the wire and if N. O. wins.......it will be a white knuckler for them.  GL all!!!

Don't fall into last week performances for both teams; Expecting both teams come out and firing up to light scoreboard more often, especially 2nd Quarter. I am seeing totals scores like 27-24 type or 24-21 SF might win SU....OVER is play for me...

Well I jumped on Saints -3 1H early this morning and just got home for kickoff. I'm hoping for the same energy with the Saints as we saw in the Colts on an early drive under the spotlight. I at least should push 1H was my thought. Can't see Niners matching scores but you never know. This is touted to go over (believe it or not) so who do ya think is gonna score those pts?
