Jets feel good about Braylon as a motivator for the rest of the core. He may not even play Monday night but he will make the other guys play that much better to keep their jobs IMO.

Since when did "sanchez is pissed" become such a big threat? Last I checked, he has a QB rating of 71.2...
That being said, HUGE divisional game on national TV. Thus, the strength of both teams will be on display here. This is how I see it:
The Jets just traded #2 WR Chansi Stuckey for Braylon Edwards, who has absolutely no experience or chemistry with the rookie QB. #1 WR Jericho Cotchery is doubtful. Jets will try to run the ball, but they are going against the #3 rushing defense in the league. If you think that's a fluke, you haven't watched Dolphin games. This defense shuts the run down.
On the other side, you have the Dolphins starting a QB in his 3rd game. He's still not very efficient and has shown that his #1 priority is to protect the ball (as evidenced by his 6 sacks last wk against Buffalo). Miami will run run run against the Jets. It looks like the will take very few chances down the field. With Calvin Pace coming back, Miami will struggle to move the ball as well.
If you've noticed, its the defensive players talking all the smack this past week. Both defensive units will be so fired up. I see going WAY under. If I had to pick a side, I'd pick Miami based on the home factor and the Jets just played a huge game in New Orleans.
But my play here is: Miami +7.5 Under 43.5 (6.5 teaser)

This is going to be a SU win for the fish. they are the nfls #1 rushing offense and #1 rushing defense, and with edwards just being put into the lineup and Cotchery doubtful for the jets i see miami winning by at least a touchdown

I am dolphins fan but Jets can score and in Prime time the stars shine. Guest who was the defense coach of the Ravens Rex Ryan and went on to beat them pretty good in their own back yard. The Jets is going to open a can of whoop ass on the Dolphins tonight.
