Jets win straight up in this game. Patriots do not have a deep threat. Revis is known to be a shut down corner but knowing that Pats do not have that threat, he will be concentrating on the middle of the field more than usual. Pats running game with Woodhead (5'7", 189lbs) will not cut it and concern for big plays in Rushing against this top notch "D" will be frustrating for Brady. Yes, he is calm and collect on the field, but will more than likely force a few throws and be picked off at least twice because of constant pressure.
This game is huge and probably the "most on the table" game for a long time. The winner of this match up will have a bye wek and home advantage for the remaining games in the playoffs. I personally think that Pats need this win more than the Jets due to the fact that Pats does not do as good on the road compared to their 5-0 ATS @ home while the Jets have no problem on the road.
Martinez, in only his second year in the NFL, has done a tremendous job in leading this team to its apparent playoff season. He has had trouble in scoring high #s but enough for a 9-2 record. Jets are 5-0 ATS on the road.

The Jets have squeaked by every oponent for the last 4 or 5 weeks hell they should have lost to my Lions in Detroit. The squeaking by ends Sunday. And Sanchez finally runs out of miracles New England 24-13. N.E. -3.5. JMHO

The AFC East may very well be decided in Week 13’s Monday night matchup, as the New York Jets head on the road to face the New England Patriots in a battle of 9-2 teams. Mark Sanchez and his teammates will definitely have their hands full, with Tom Brady and company riding a 25 game home winning streak.
The New York Jets ended their run of close calls, as they had maybe their most dominant performance of the year as the easily handled the Cincinnati Bengals at home. New York did what they did best and totaled 170 yards on the ground, including a 53 yard touchdown run by Brad Smith to open the second half which gave the Jets the lead for good. New York ranks second in the league in rushing with 148 yards per game, with Ladainian Tomlinson leading the way with 741 yards and five touchdowns. Mark Sanchez has evolved into one of the more effective game managers in the league this season, throwing for 16 touchdowns and only eight interceptions. Santonio Holmes has been on the same page with his quarterback almost immediately since returning, hauling in four touchdowns and 491 yards in only seven games played. The Jets defense has been near the top all year ranking third in total defense and fourth in points allowed. Darrelle Revis finally looks to be in prime form, shutting downs receivers Andre Johnson and Terrell Owens over the past two weeks.
The New England Patriots may not have a the big time names as in years past, but with Tom Brady at the helm they are once again at the top of the league standings. While lacking a bit in the statistical aspects, behind a deadly pass attack and key special teams play this squad has a chance to put themselves in the driver’s seat for the division. Tom Brady has been spectacular, leading the league with 23 touchdowns and second in passer rating. The majority of New England’s success can be attributed to their turnover ratio, as they come into Sunday plus 13 in that category. BenJarvis Green-Ellis has emerged as the team’s primary back, rushing for 627 yards and nine touchdowns this year including three over the past two weeks. The main weakness of the Patriots this year has been their lack of a pass defense, which currently ranks last in the league allowing over 288 yards per game. That stat can be a bit misleading however, with opponents having to play from behind against them for the majority of the year.
The Patriots were picked apart easily by Sanchez and the receiving core earlier this season, with Jets winning the first matchup 28-14. But replicating that in New England will be a much more difficult task, a place where they haven’t lost in recent memory. New England will most likely try to neutralize Revis and Cromartie spread the ball around to their abundance of tight ends and backs. Brady and Sanchez should both have their way through the air, so look for this score to go over.

I'll take the Jets oline against the NE D-line all day...
Brady is very good in the snow however, but how good are his receivers? they have no deep threat so the Jets defense will have the luxury of not having to worry about Randy Moss....
I'm a Jets fan... but I'm betting on my team +3.5
13-10 final score.....
whoever has the ball last

keep in mind... it will be snowing
better run game will prevail...

Last 4 games for the Jets @ Detroit O/T win should have lost to my Lions but they don't quite know how to close the door yet, @ Cleveland O/T win no way they should have won this game either, Vs Houston a miracle final 50 second drive and pull out a victory, and last week Vs probably one of the worst teams in the league in Cincy and win. Now at New England and all the miracles come crashing down and you will realize after this game that the Jets are just midly overated.

How many times am I going to hear uneducated stupid assholes who watch ESPN all day decry "the Patriots don't have a deep threat". This means absolutely NOTHING, take a look at these stats and tell me the Patriots offense isn't incredibly dynamic.
In fact, it is the second most dynamic offense EVER throughout the first 12 weeks of the season. You all continue to spout your bullshit that you heard on sportscenter, I'll go by pure fact and statistics.
