I don't post often and I like to read these posts to get different angles on the games, but when you read posts like RITESIDE just turns me off and just wastes people's time. The Eagles are a more talented team on both sides of the ball and have more playoff experience (which I think is the most important). Let AP talk shit about putting 8 in the box; when the Eagles put 8 in the box TJ is going to get confused!
 
This is the playoffs so throw the records out the door. It comes down to coaching and executing. I just don't think the Vikings are going to be able to match the Eagles on both sides of the ball.

Tons of people liking Eagles.  No side yet for me.  But if I do end up taking a bet it'll be Eagles very small or Minny very big.  Probably take Eagles small.

The Lions should of won that first game if it wasnt for the refs with a awful pass interference call at the end of the game

Not just that... W8lifter does pretty well in general. Philly will be the only public fav team to win this weekend. Let me leave you with this.......are you willing to wager anything in the arms of Tavaris Jackson.......??????????????

This logic is like saying well the chargers were 4-8 and they shouldnt make the playoffs and beat Indy!

Just a little history.  These teams have played 4x since 2001 and MN has won all of them and most by a decent margin.  That said, only one was in MN but that one was last year and they won 23-16.  My lean is on Philly, just don't like that everyone else is on them also.  Final decision tomorrow.

Let me start off by saying that I am a die hard EAGLES fan, and have seen every game this season.  It seems like the eagles are a easy pick but you just don't know what birds team is going to show up.
With that said though 88%of the money is on the birds and the line hasn't moved.  So in other words Vegas likes the Vikings.  I would have to agree, gotta love a home dog. Birds to win but not cover 19-17 eagles

The real bet here is the under.
83% of the money is on the over, which should make the total go up.  But instead the total is moving in reverse, from 42.5 to 41.5 or 41.  Vegas is begging you to think of last weeks eagles blowout, and AP putting up a TD or two, making this game seem like a easy over.  It isn't, if you like money go with the minority bet the under.

I think you mean the Vikings lost all 4 of those games since 2001.

You're close to be correct on your comment. The truth is most sharps bet UNDERS and DOGS. The public is almost always heavy on OVERS and FAVS...The public isn't always wrong and betting like you mention is not always correct. But for the most part its pretty accurate.

i'm from pa and the eagles are my team. with that being said i'm leaning on the vikings here. public will be heavy on the eagles so i'll wait to see what the line does, but this game wreaks of the redskins/eagles game 2 weeks ago.

Like I stated in the Baltimore and Miami thread, Be carefull to take road favorites in the playoff. Eagles backers think twice it is not as easy as you think.
