The starting spread looks funny to me. The redskins looking trerrible during the preseason and a new offense, new coach. An opening line of 3.5 tells me vegas wants giants money. the line change shows me they are getting it.
 
Like vitolives said its about public perception. The public sees this as a good line to take the giants. Doesn't mean the g men wont win by 10 or more but vegas wants the public to back the giants.
 
Im going with vegas....and I'm a giant fan...not when it comes to wagering.

I think that Zorn is going to mix it up and get the giants def playing on their heels.  Once he has that going for him the run game is going to be there and that gives potential for some big plays with Portis and even some short passes to those dynamic WR's.

It’s so obvious Vegas wants everyone to take the defending champs. The line is so attractive and everyone is jumping on it. These are the opportunity I take advantage and lay a good amount.

One thing is for sure,, being super bowl champions and playing the first game of the year at home, they will be hyped and the fans will not allow anything less. After that said, G-MEN out of the gates strong and Wash having to play catch up.

The comments made by those re. Vegas wanting everyone on the world champs are correct BUT that does not mean, be clever and turn the tables. The Giants are still going to win at home against an offense that is not ready for prime time. I just am not comfortable with -4.5 so I took the Giants on the ML.
 
These NFC East games have a way of being 1 or 2 point affairs regardless of the strength of the teams.

Is kickoff really 7pm eastern 4pm pacific or is there just a bunch of pregame stuff? 4pm is just way too early for us west coasters.

Got in on the Gmen at 3.5 and bought it down. Could very easily be a FG game.

Sorry guys: Giants won't be in the playoffs this year. It is just that simple. The talent loss is just too much for them.
 
I'm getting 5.5 so ill be on the skins, so I'll be taking 1 on the skins and 2 on the over.
 
Skins can score and the gmen defense isn't that good. let's remember they didn't have a solid defense save for their D line last year.

G-men HT is the way to go...........home crowd.......zorn head coach with new system  (West Coast)......with cambell @ QB........preseason means squat but does account for certain things.....O/U.......man..........@ 41?.........tough call but will stick with f-ups and 1st regular season jitters........under and G-Men for game
