Cantlay 9th here in 2019 in 2nd time at event is so solid. Just a better player in my opinion. Last year he was T2 in field for GIR but shot a closing rd 71 to finish 9th
Reed not great history here has played event 6x past 10 years and has 2 MC, a 56th, along with 24,12 and a 1st place (2014).
Scheffler -115 v Finau
Scheffler 13th last time out look good in Hawaii. Finau just ok in last out at same event finished 31st.
Scheffler played here 1x last year and finished 3rd after leading after 2nd & 3rd rounds. Finau was 14th here last year and other 2x here was a MC and 59th (2015 &2016).

Rd2 Steele kept up the good play at -4 hitting 83%greens on the SC course while putting -.32 Homa on same SC course Rd2 hit only 55% greens but putted +1.6 to go -2
Homa has played this event 4x with 3 MC and a 48 Steele plays this most every year and has made cut 6x in a row with a 2,6 & 20 finish
Feel that Steele is the better player, in better form with better course history

Gibson yesterday was +4.25 putting and was still only -3 and was +2.05 putting rd2 over this SC course That’s over 6 strokes gained putting or he would be about even par which is awful
He is just a very bad pro golfer Lee was 21st here last year and was 19th last week where same event Gibson MC
High line -165 but he is just so bad so I’m gonna do it Also decided to bet Molinari -105 v Sabbatini Mole playing pretty good and I liked his interview when he said he moved his family to LA this year and he’s been able to play “a lot of rounds”. It shows. He likes this course as past 4x here he has a 12th and a 14th This year he is right there at -13
Finally taking a shot with Roger Sloan +140 v Gooch Sloan has gotten a lot better and looks pretty good Gooch was -7 yesterday but a lot due to lights out putting at +3.99 while only hitting 72% greens Sloan was -3 but was -1.13 putting while hitting 83% greens. Sloan did finish 12th here 2019 Gooch too has good record here with a 17 and a 4 past 2x Looks pretty even to me +140 looks good

Taylor Steele stats are better than Taylor this week and Steele is a better player Yesterday Steele 72% greens and 71% fairways to Taylor 55% greens and 50% fairways Steele got as little as possible out of his round. Missed most every putt a lot of which were makable.
