although, if David Stern was the PGA commish, there'd be a small part of me that thought Rory HAS to advance

How many times has Hanson won on the PGA Tour? How many times has Wilson won on the PGA Tour? Who did Hanson beat to get to this point? Who did Wilson beat to get to this point?

What your point?? You give the edge to Wilson??

Granted one may rate Johnson as the best of all opponents but Hansen has won every match 5 up.

hanson, & Laird for me. Hanson has been very steady this week. He has been making everything inside 10 feet. Laird's price is just too good + 150 gotta take it.

Hansen and the Bae just ran out of steam. I saw a few chinks in Wilson and McIlroy not many but Westwood and Mahan  played faultless golf.  I posted early hoping the books will move the line against me if Mahan comes down or Westwood come up any more I dump on on.

Mahan edges Westwood 1 up in the finals

Mahan sure didn't start out faultless.  He looked pretty tight until Kuchar just gave him a couple, then you could see him relax and get in the groove again.  He's going to have to make it happen for himself from the get-go tomorrow.

I've been riding Hunter all tournament and both he and Rory showed signs of the pressure,obviously with Hunter classic letdown in the Ryder Cup and the fact that Rory has already beaten him in match play the book jumped out with -175 on Rory.
The real question is can Hunter handle the pressure from Rorys in your face take that comebacks...I personally don't see Rory letting up but I do see a little tension in him as well and although I give him the edge ..can't bet into -175 with any weight so ..

Good luck BLUE!! I'm taking Hunter all the way too! Going Wilson in the 3rd place match though. Better putter by far and Westwood is a bum anyway. He missed his chance, he probably could care less now. This would be a bigger CAREER accomplishment to Wilson.

I almost went Wilson but he hit some stray shots too and I view it opposite the pressure is off on Lee now he returns to the free and easy swing he has had going all week I agree his weakness is with the wand 1st and driver second but both relate closely with tension and I think the match is pretty free of it Lee.
The Mahan match will be pretty interesting if Rory lays back a little like he just did off the 1st tee like he did on the first hole and hits good shots first into the green he will squeeze the vise on Hunter's nerves and may grab him quickly if Hunter gets down it's not a great sign.
