replied to Honestly how can there be a single thread in the last 15 minutes about anything but Marquette?!?! in College Basketball Had Davidson as well..marq needed all the stars to align and that's what happened. 3 strait 3s down the stretch, any one of those miss and its over. And Davidson turns it over when they've just gotta get the ball inbounds. Sick loss on my bracket. replied to Davidson in College Basketball Even with marq making 3 strait 3ptrs, Davidson still did the right thing right up until that late turnover. If they just get the ball inbounds its such a difference. Make both fts and they can either foul or at worst go to overtime. Make 1 of 2 and marq has gotta go the length of the floor and beat you. Stmarys lucky to even have that chance..I bet they never even considered the 2pt shot to tie...and Memphis clearly was expecting the 3 ball. replied to Down 1500 Need Help ! in College Basketball Don't bury yourself. Chip away small...I didn't look at odds but if one or 2 lose then you'll prob lose money correct? That's if theyre all favs. Its easy to chase but gotta look at it from a long term standpoint...1500 is much better than 2k or even 2500. My advice is to try and get that total down to a dime tonight. Then tomorrow try and get it to 500. If you've gotta pay then do it... But the question is...do the linemakers know something or they're just aware of the revenge factor and predicting heavy Florida action? My take, this is similar to the duke/Vtech game the other night. Line was a few points higher than it probably should've been and duke rolled wire to wire. My gut says Florida scores a ton today and that gives them a greater chance to win by 20+.
