I sort of like Rockhold... but to make him your biggest bet seems like a bit much... Chris just does so much well.. I wud hate to fade him for a large wager... good luck.... had Rose last night... thinking Laflare tonight and Maia tomorrow.

Yeah when this line first came out I was shocked to c that Woodley was the dog in the fight in the first place. He's the better wrestler, that's more explosive, faster, with true one punch KO power..... however then a few stiff reminders came in... his fight with Jake Shields and then him having the tendency to gas at times.
So the hammer never came in... may regret it if Woodley the monster shows up |

If Silva isn't afraid to throw the leg kicks I really don't see how Nick wins. If Silva can block that break out of his mind and whip kicks like he needs to Diaz will b in an immense amount of trouble... if Paul Daley had a good top game or just flat out sub D he would of been able to beat Diaz.... he rocked him 2x that fight just Diaz laid on the ground to recover both times.
The only thing I would worry about in taking SIlva to win by KO/TKO is that he could very well rock Nick and then take back and rnc him... similar to how he did Hendo...so instead of trying to make an extra .30 on the dollar, if I was taking Silva to finish I think the better wager would be to just take him ITD. All in all, just like you said... I feel this is the biggest name they can throw Silva that brings him right back to the top of the mountain that has the smallest threat level. If Silva can kick and still has cardio this will b a massacre.... if Silva didn't have that accident this line would legit be Silva -1200+

Larkin is 1 of the 3 fighters on this card I liked originally....
He's the bigger, more dynamic/athletic fighter fore sure.... the only thing that concerns me is John Howard's wrestling. It's improved greatly since his debut in the UFC... he was table to take Matt Brown and Uriah Hall down who are/were bigger fighters... Also interested in Larkin's stamina at 170.

Gonna try to keep this short and sweet.... just feel that Erick Silva is better in every aspect, grappling, athleticism, striking, the only thing that ever concerns me about the kid is cardio... after watching Rhodes slow down a lot in the 2nd rd of the Whitaker fight that's not a big worry of mine for this fight. Didn't really see much power or dynamic things in his striking... Silva can kill him with kicks, if Whitaker was able to land kicks just think of what a guy like Silva is going to do... not to mention if they get it to the ground I love Silva's chances.... if Whitaker was able to take him down and do damage I can only imagine what Silva will be able to do.
2-3u play on Silva Also gonna run 2u parlay Machida/Silva 4.8 u to win 2 1u parlay Machida/silva/Renan 1.7 to win 1 Don't even see CB being able to damage Machida... and after what I watched Wiedman land on him and Machida was still standing strong I give him virtually no shot to win. Renan... had he not had weight cut problems in the past I would probably make the parlay a bigger play and not even have single action on Silva just combine the 3 and feel great about it.

Don't see how CB even does damage in this fight.... let alone win... Machida has fought, bigger, better, more athletic wrestlers and they weren't able to do anything with him... would almost be surprised if Machida doesn't finish him...

Yikes.... Not a big fan of the any of the Struve bets, guy had been away for such a long time... not to mention fighting a guy that is legit better in every aspect (striking, wrestling, submission) it was just too big a test for his first fight back in so many years....
And Fitch should have to pay you the money from his own pocket on you not winning the over in that fight. The only way Stump wins that fight is if he got real real lucky in an exchange or if the BBJ black belt and standout wrestler was dumb enough to let him get ahold of a leg.... I'm still amazed that it even happen like that. I almost feel like he tried to pull a Belcher with it to get a lot of his respect back and make a certain organization start to maybe take notice of him again... instead he's shelved for a while.

might have to agree here, the line movement def agrees with u. On my site he's already moved to -125

Lol after a hiatus this is what I come back? TBH if Renan pushed the pace more early I would be placing a sizable wager on the under... instead I will probably just put a sprinkle on it...
If he didn't have problems with weight cuts and wasn't such a large 135er (the only reason he is in the class is because Jose is still at 145) then I wouldn't even mind laying the juice and/or placing him in all sorts of parlays. He might have hit the age/bench mark to where the struggle he has to put his body through to make weight starts to fully deplete from his in-cage performance... however, after seeing plenty of both men, I really don't see how Mitch beats Renan at 70% no disrespect to him... I feel he is a very talented to guy... but I just don't see it happening.

Now I didn't c the fight.... but if Ben is at the post fight presser and they just announced that he's getting a stoppage bonus... that's probably not good is it?

I normally use firstrowsport.eu but for some reason the site isn't seeming to work for me, so I was just wondering if anyone know of any other sites with good feeds to watch it on. |

Completely forgot about the WSOF 9 card what were the odds on Okami, Palhares, and Burkman?

But yeah if i was on Shogun I def like that move, Hendo actually looked tired early on, was breathing very deeply... kinda thought we were going to get a retirement speech from him after... esp with the removal of TRT.

Guys that have to travel there in the past have talked about the travel being a problem in the middle of training. The trip to port, flight, trip from port to hotel... finding proper food/water
I tend to stay away from these cards or trying to fade the hometown guys.... Lol that being said... I was on Jorg cuz I heard how good of a camp he had, that he never allowed himself to get too far out of the 140lb range (which is crazy when u figure he used to fight 135) and he brought Kip back in to work his stand up... Formiga has looked real bad on his feet vs wrestlers who can keep the fight up... and i lose due to a flying headbutt lol. That being said there's 3 or 4 fights on the Abu Dabi card i like lol.

I think Reem at -300 is pretty crazy. These are my 2 favorite HW's and I think Reem is going to finish him... the only way Reem doesn't finish him is if he plays it super cautious just due to his last two fights vs Big Foot and Browne. I will prob put 2u on Reem str8 up at the -300

F*$KING LINE MOVEMENT IF IT stands pat I make it a 4-5u play...
Hoping Gabe keeps good movement, throws his leg kicks early and finds away to get this fight to the ground at some pt just to make things interesting... not gonna put n e action on it... Want to take Benson in the main but just don't feel the need to rush to lay 3 to 1 on him... imo Thompson beat Gil in their last fight... and Gil gave Benson all he could handle... i know that doesn't necessarily relay in mma.... but Thompson as a whole is a difficult out for n e one... he keeps a lot of awkward movement and throws a lot of kicks and strikes at angles most don't.... Don't know if I wanna put all the profit on the line just to win 1 u...

Cerrone vs Martins
I friggin HATE when lines do this. The common fan doesn't even know who Martins is and Cerrone is a well known fav that is 8 in the world in this weight division. I thought the line would release around Cerrone -250 poss as high as -300.... then I seen the -210... I held off til friday because I wanted to see if it dropped at all due to someone knowing something and the line just plummeting w/the Cerrone that showed up in the Nate Diaz fight making another showing... well it didn't happen... so then I jumped on him... now 5 hrs later the line drops to -165.... If this didn't happen I would make Cowboy a huge play. More seasoned fighter, not scared to be on the big stage, better striker, solid ground game, he's been mixing in tds well... idk just seemed that coming off a fight like the way he came off with Dunham it would seemed that we got a zoned in cowboy that's ready to make another run... I understand the guy he is fighting hits hard... but a victory over Cruickshank isn't all that impressive and taking Gorgel to the dist def isn't... he's never been on a stage this big... the ufc jitters cud have been calmed a lot by the fact that his last fight was in brazil. If the line didn't drop the way it did I wud b all over this... instead...

Cruickshank vs Rios
Normally I am on the better wrestler/grapper in the equation because when the fight gets to the ground its very easy for them to not only dominate but erase in the mind of the judges any of the damage that was done previously on the feet. With that being said... I'm not sure Rios wrestling is that far superior to where he's going to be able to over come Cruickshank's tdd... not only that but I don't know if he can close the distance well enough to get that all important takedown. The other thing that has to weigh in my mind is that I don't a clear cut way for Rios to finish the fight, even if he secures a td i don't think he will b able hurt him before so the idea of him just getting Cruickshank in a bad position to where he will b able to sub him from top or take his back doesn't seem logical. When u look at it from the back end Cruickshank def pos the better stand up and could possibly finish him there... he could also just dance and pick him apart... if he is able to hurt him I could easily see him getting him in a dangerous position and being able to stop the fight. The only thing I don't love is the line on this. Not a huge fan of laying almost -300 on anyone that doesn't have a strong pedigree in the sport or a champion... .5-1 unit play on Cruickshank Caceres vs Pettis I'm seeing a lot of ppl on Pettis here. I know the kid is talented and is the brother of the champion... and to be honest, I feel like the juice u are paying on this line is for the name of the kid more so than what he has shown us in the cage. Like I said the kid is very talented however, his debut was less than spectacular. The guy they brought in to fight him was on super short notice and normally fights a weight class below what he was fighting. With that being said Caceres is def not small for the division (I believe he fought 155 on his season of TUF and went through a stint in the UFC at 145 if I am not mistaken) he also has had 8 fights in the UFC already so if he's put in a bad spot its' not like he's going to freak out... so it comes down to was Pettis just high on jitters or not... More or less I will stay away but if anything... I may drop a little bit on Caceres.
