I'm not falling for the 49ers hype, they beat a horrible Bears team with holes in it everywhere. This doesn't make the 49ers elite or a threat. At the end of the day the 49ers still have too many weaknesses, (1) One is their head coach. (2) They don't know how to tackle. (3) They can't stop big plays. (4) Special teams is non existent. 
With Shanahan at the helm I've never seen a sense of urgency from this team. With that said, give me the Rams to keep battering this overrated, underachieving 49er squad that will find a way to self destruct.

Reasons, 49ers have never been dominant at home under Shanahan. The 49ers just make too many game altering penalties. Poor tackling, poor Special teams play.

 Shanahan doesn't know how to win games. If the 49ers get behind in most games you can forget it. He doesn't have that "motivation" factor in his style of coaching.

Tell me this, what makes a coach "elite" when he hasn't won anything? Kyle Shanahan is nothing but a bridesmaid. Here are a few Elite coaches in the NFL currently...Andy Reid

Sean McVay (He's won a Super Bowl.) John Harbaugh (He has a title.) Mike Tomlin (Not only does he win with one of the lowest payrolls in the league,players give their all for this guy. He also holds a championship under his belt.) Sean Payton, a champion who's turning Denver back into a winning culture in the Mile High. Mike McCarthy (Although he's on the hot seat in Dallas, thanks to the consistent interference of Jerry Jones. is "elite" because he's a winner with a title under his belt.)

Coaches who are not "elite" meaning you haven't won anything you're just a regular season escort service.  Doug Pederson (Who I can't understand how he even keeps a job.)
Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Sirianni, Zac Taylor, Dan Campbell of the Detroit Lions (who's on his way fast.) DeMeco Ryans, Texans, Mike McDaniel, Dolphins. Matt LaFleur Packers. Sean McDermott, Buffalo Bills, (Every year they implode. Still chasing a title, he can forget that as long as K.C. is in the AFC.)  Next up, Kyle Shanahan, overrated, has the players, he can't adapt or manage games efficiently because he's a robot. He lacks the intangibles that great coaches bring to the table. Look at how many close games Andy Reid pulls out with K.C., if Shanahan were coaching the Chiefs right now they'll be 5-6. The 49ers have the talent on both sides, yet they continue to lose to lesser talented teams, or to new coaches who just stepped foot into the NFL coaching circle. There are a lot of CEO's of companies in this country, but every CEO aren't successful Some companies file Bankruptcy every day. Now tell me where can you go after being a failure at one corporation and demand to be a CEO at another corporation and get paid like a top CEO? Shanahan doesn't have a winning track record. I think he's barely over 500 at their new stadium. The 49ers already had 5 championships before he ever arrived in the Bay. I personally went to two of their Super Bowl wins, one at Stanford Stadium in 1985, one in Miami in 1996. I was at Candlestick park during the days when they only had 25 thousand fans there before Eddie D bought that team. Eddie set up the dynasty by putting the right people with experience in the right places and they got the results. Today we are spreading the word  "elite, great, genius around like it's water when it's not. At the end of the day only one question will remain...did you win the big one? Shanahan has had many chances and he's 0-3 and counting. he's nowhere near elite. The NFL is ripping him a new ass every season and they constantly make excuses for him. His entitlement is sickening. They have to stop the building from burning in the bay. I wish the York family sell this team because they don't care about football. 

It is time for Shanahan to go. All the poor tackling, penalties  every game, poor special teams play every game, predictable, poor play calling by the coaches. 
Excuse after excuse. This 49er team should've been 8-3 with or without injuries, because every team has them. They lost games early in the year with their starters.
Shanahan brings back CMC when he's not really ready when Mason and Issac G were playing well. This is why I demand a coaching change because Shanahan doesn't know how to make lemonade with his lemons.

The 49ers need a new coach. Shanahan is a bum. He can't get anything extra out of his players, his offense is predictable and he doesn't know how to make the proper adjustments in games. He's really the worse coach I've seen in 49er history if you look at the talent on their roster. He's had long enough to prove himself in San Fran. He's nothing but an escort service. Escorts them to the playoff's only to get his back kicked in while looking like an idiot on the sideline.

Fire him and rebuild, they don't need much. A better coach will do just fine.
