 Is this is a play on Bryant -8.5 for the 1H or on -530 on the ML for the 1H?  You listed RL (Run line), so assuming you meant -8.5 but I don’t know.

Make a straight bet on the Rams (buying to +7.5), capturing 1-7 as a potential middle (key numbers with the 3,4, and the 7).  

If you do bet the Rams straight +7.5, consider making that bet for 10-30% of your 5 unit bet on the Eagles at a Pk.  

I think a 1 unit bet on the Rams +7.5 is smart.

The situational game management has become deplorable in modern day football.
