 If it were spelled “intestirne”, then it would rhyme with Northwestern, but clearly, INTESTINE and NORTHWESTERN do not rhyme.  Unless you speak with a Pennsylvanian accent or a Bostonian accent and your “r’s” are either lazily annunciated or omitted all together.   

Are they phonically similar?  Yes, do they rhyme?  No.

 Is this is a play on Bryant -8.5 for the 1H or on -530 on the ML for the 1H?  You listed RL (Run line), so assuming you meant -8.5 but I don’t know.
