2 weeks left guys as of tonight. Season ends on April 9th. Plays can be hidden on last day only. Please note if playing a total on that last day and to use it on a solid number and it pushes, remember pushes do not count as plays so make sure you submit an extra play if you do. Rarely does this come into play based on past contests but you never know. Payouts are as follows per preseason rules. We have $4000 to split. 1st place gets 70% which is US$2700 2nd places gets 20% which is US$780 3rd place gets 10% which is US$390 4th places gets his entry fee back US$100 as always.
Great season guys especially the guys in the money this year. I reach out to each of you after the 9th. If any of you do not know me off this forum please check your PM's here for communication. Good luck guys and well see you all back next year hopefully.

OK fellas. I've been in touch with the Covers Contest people and we've decided to increase the 200 play limit to 210 just so the guys who are in the hunt for the cash can make a few extra plays to replace the ties they currently have. If you're not in the money hunt, you are going to need to stop at 200 or whatever it is to cover your ties as well. I ask you not to keep posting plays all the way up to 210 just because you can, cause we'd like to gauge and grade everyone on only their 200 unless you were to drop out of the contest early. I hope this satisfies everyone. Next year we will omit the ties do not count rule and simply go by a flat 200. Lesson learned. The only reason we put ties don't count is the last 4 years we had this rule and there were no real issues. Should stop any of this confusion. Good luck everyone.
p.s. I just sent him an email of what we want to do so you 2 who are at your 200 limits MAY need to wait till at least tomorrow if this guy I've been dealing with went home for the day. But if you see a play you like tonight, give it a try it may allow you to do it already. |

Or we can also just count the ties. Wasn't expecting anyone to be done with their 200 before the 3rd month was up. Either way, it will be fair for everyone. Give me a day or 2 at most to sort this out. |

Bingo! You're the 1st and only one in this thread to get it. Has little to do with fan support and everything to with dollars and tv rights. |

Rangers in a route.
Henrik Lundqvist – 7 GP, 6-1-0, 2.11 GAA, .925 SV% – In five career appearances against the Coyotes at MSG, Lundqvist has posted a 5-0-0 record, along with a 1.57 GAA and a .944 SV%. Rags 7-0 L7 at home vs Arz/Winn and 16 of 18 Rags have to feel good about themselves after going in Wash and spanking them Arz -7 goal differential already so far.

I believe those numbers are so skewed they are simply ridiculas. Owning a team and an arena has so many other income options that they never mention in these reports. Read an article years ago about a guy who looked deeper into the Panthers situation and exposed so much. They rent out those arenas for concerts and rodeos and what not that is pretty laughable. These are business with big time write offs. Expansion teams are going for huge amounts for a reason. Forbes or not, they are making money hand over fist as they say,

Been going to Vegas for over 30 years. Usually just once a year but for close o 2 weeks at a time. For the last 20 or so I only go during the baseball World Series. End of October to early Nov. The weather is perfect. Low 70's at night to high 80s to low 90's during the day but mostly low 80s. I only bet sports for the most part. So you have the World Series, about week 6 of the NFL. College football and my sport...NHL is a few weeks into the season. NBA is just beginning as well and when all else fails the ponies are right next door. Your not going to find your best room deals at this time i've found though. Not sure exactly why but I'm sure the weather and some conventions have a lot to do with it.
