 I counted at least 20-30 seconds the clock was taken off. The clock runner is on the rigging as well. Yet no one comments on it... I've never seen this level of incompetence which leads me to think this is intentional incompetence for rigging.

  Agreed. This is a repeat of 2020. Same strategy the lines maker took. Juicing the line hard for trump to induce even more trump money.
