Tough loss with Haiti, I had Mexico goal in the 70s so I was annoyed with how that played out. I normally just bet the either team goal in 10 minute intervals but got greedy there. Soccer isnt the closest sport I follow, but I am heading to the games at Harrison tonight and just don't understand the Costa Rica line. Frankly, El Salvador has been overvalued all tourney and thought Martinique over 5-1 was a good bet too. El Salvador just isnt a good team. Costa Rica, older as they might be, are still one of the best sides in CONCACAF and i do expect them to take care of business at RB Stadium tonight with a large contingent of CR Fans who always show well in the 2 other times Ive seen them in Harrison.

I would say at least til September for action. I think the season will be okay. The numbers besides the dumbass Marlins are excellent and there are no cases of Covid on any of the other 29 teams. Grading it on a week or two of baseball a pretty good prize like this wouldn't be right. People can easily get off to a hot start and fall or do bad and catch up. I think 5-6 weeks would be okay and about half the season too.

Good match Philly. Was never able to get anything going after the rough start. I wished Frank did a seeding round like he did a few years ago in one of these things. You’re a tough first round matchup and he told me I get Mondo next who is also one of the best cappers in this. You guys were both worthy of semis matchups or further and Doug and me does feel like a championship rather than a semi. That should be a great match and likely tight throughout. Good game again.

Yeah to the one guy who says there’s no motivation for Utah StAte. The team had a disappointing year by their standards, and is it that disappointing, they’re almost never as good as Boise state and they weren’t this year. And the one who you want to be motivated the most is the quarterback and Love will sure as hell be with a draft pick on the line. He will definitely be more so than a lot of the Kent players who aren’t as likely to be high nfl prospects. 

Why is this total getting so high? I don’t get it. Utah states defense is respectable and I don’t think Kent state is good enough offensively to keep going up and down the field. I mean there’s a chance Love balls out to impress nfl people, but Frisco the weather is kinda cold, they could have rain. It inching up to 71 makes no sense. Bettors are trusting the Kent state offense far more than what I’ve seen they’re capable of this year. Unless Utah state wins 49-24 ish.

I am saying you are out of line for talking shit to the one guy and basically calling him a box for not making picks. There’s a difference between commenting on and calling him out on. I believe there’s been bowls Frankie’s done or maybe I’m getting confused with someone else, where you have to make a couple picks on the final weekend of the season, but in this pool, there’s no rule you have to do that so everyone’s playing by the rules. Going start to finish and not taking breaks every now and then is the gamblers path to ruin. If I had bet all my picks in this last year prior to bowl season, I’d be comfortably ahead. Bowl season still made me plus units but I was set back quite a bit. It’s not sitting back and hoping, it’s being prudent, wise and strategic. 

And it does make sense, you dont care about someone not picking when they’re in last place yet you do when they’re in first place. They’re all equal. It’s the same way people treat April baseball games differently than the importance of September baseball games. They’re all equally important.

Nobrainer, with all due respect you’re out of line with this. As long as you make the proper amount of picks, people can do what they want. If they’re totally out of the race and they don’t make a pick, there’s no problem, but since he was in the lead there is? Makes no sense. I got my ass handed to me last year in bowl season and got 4th place by the skin of my teeth because I was picking too many games that I lost. Had I been more conservative I probably would’ve gotten at least second, and I will remember to lay back a little in the future so that doesn’t happen again. If someone wants to sit on their pick, it means they have a comfortable enough lead which is their reward for solid picking thus far. There was one year like 4 years ago I wanna say, where I won college basketball pool by like 3500 units, something by a lot. I’m not gonna apologize or feel bad for literally crushing the rest of the people in the pool that year. I had a hell of a run that season, but I had a huge lead. It happens. I’ve been in bowl pools where some guys went like 31-9 ats. That’s amazing. Why should I potentially throw it away when I’m set in my current situation and let others catch me.

Yeah, I got my picks in early yesterday. I’m in geds hoops pool too and wanted to take duke and the over but couldn’t get it in so that was having difficulties too. Fortunately it worked later on and Hofstra came through for me with the win over vs UCLA! Lol

Georgia southern isn’t as bad as people think. They’re normally a well coached team. They lost to a very good Louisiana Lafayette team who beat Ohio by 30. Their other losses are LSU and an undefeated Minnesota team who could be a dark horse in the big ten west. USA is definitely a bottom feeder. I’m loving the -10

What seems very off to you in the futures lines? The only thing weird to me is how fast the us rose to plus 100ish but it was a joke France was favored to begin with. France beat the us 3-1 in a game rapinoe and ertz didn’t play. Fanduel initially had it like -180 for a new champion which I thought was absurd considering us and Germany are past winners. Those odds quickly evened out. I have thought Germany the past couple rounds is a nice play at 5-1 given how easy their side of the draw is. It became apparent very early in this that only 3-4 teams can win. 

Draftkings in NJ offering a plus 290 boost for us to score 6 or more and then to win. Seems pretty solid

The square I dk Chile sucks. That could easily be 5 or 6-0 again. Sweden is the game that I think will be low scoring. I do think the us line will be overinflated spreadwise though

Nice hit man. Had a future on Italy but was worried about Ukraine. It’s felt like they’ve gotten better and better as this tourney has gone on and their defense has been pretty stout. Felt like that was the championship. Italy wasnt great vs Mali which concerned me.

I made a play on Italy U20 yesterday to win it all plus 250 and think we’re headed that way. Ukraine is a better matchup for them than Colombia. I think we saw the one big day of upsets but now form will take place. I think it’ll be Ecuador Senegal and Senegal has a good chance vs Italy but I think Italy will win. I could not believe the total yesterday for Mali-Italy 2?! May have been the easiest total I have ever seen. Mali’s defense leaves a ton to be desired and they play very loose too. Two of their games had 5 and 7 goals and they weren’t playing Italy lol. I really like the Germany to win both halves bet today. Could see 2-0/3-0 ht ft
