Total Record: (10-10)
Moneyline: (4-9) Over/Under: (3-0) Runline: (2-1) 1st 5: (1-0) #1 - Pittsburgh/Cincinnati - Under 4.5 1st 5 innings (-110) - Maholm and Cueto should keep this total low to start the game.
#2 - LA Angels (-120)
- Penny is going to get tattooed.
#3 - San Francisco/San Diego - Under 6.5 (-105)
- Sanchez' numbers don't reflect how good he is. Peavy is Peavy. Big yard. Not a lot of pop in either lineup. Low scoring game.
#4 - Minnesota (-125)
- Better pitcher. Better team. I like Minny against righties...allows them to keep Kubel in the lineup.
#5 - Tampa Bay (+105)
- Jeff Niemann is another one of these young Tampa farm hand studs. He gets it done tonight, and the Rays bounce back.

I'm adding 5) Los Angeles Dodgers (-105) - Surprised I let this one slip. McDonald is absolutely filthy, and well, Jon Garland is not. I look for the Dodgers to rebound after that slip up yesterday, |

Total Record: (9-6)
Moneyline: (4-6) Over/Under: (3-0) Runline: (1-0) 1st 5: (1-0) #1 - Philadelphia Phillies (-145) The Braves ruined the Phillies' home opener, and the Phils will do the same to the Rockies with their ace on the mound. #2 - New York Yankees RL (-115) The Royals are not hitting enough right now to keep this game close against the Yankees and the always tough Pettitte. #3 - Atlanta Braves RL (EV) As I mentioned earlier, Derek Lowe will dominate this year as he makes teams regret not giving him that cash money! He impresses in his home debut! #4 - Oakland Athletics (-149) For those that don't know Brett Anderson, they will know him tomorrow. |

Record: 7-3
ML: 4-3 O/U: 2-0 RL: 1-0 1. New York Mets (-115) - This is too much value here with the Mets. I think they go for 3 in a row against the Reds. I'm not a big fan of Bronson Arroyo at all. He's very hit and miss, and I'm thinking he's going to be miss tomorrow. I think the lefty Perez will be able to hold the powerful lefthanded Cinci bats (Votto and Bruce) in check. 2. Los Angeles Dodgers (-150) - Clayton Kershaw is one of the best young lefties in the game. It's only a matter of time before he is considered one of the game's best. I think he will pick apart the light hitting Padres, and the Dodgers will get it done. Kevin Correia is a far better reliever than he is a starter. 3. Chicago White Sox (-157) - Despite the fact that Danks is pitching in game three, he is the best pitcher the White Sox have to offer. Kyle Davies will be no match for Danks and the White Sox. Danks will be out to prove this year that he is worth more money than the White Sox were offering him. 4. Tampa Bay/Boston - Under 8.5 - Garza was terriffic against the Sox in the playoffs last year. This is going to be his third year as a starter (2.5 years of starting so far), and this should be the year he takes off. Matsuzaka probably would have won the Cy Young last year if he didn't miss so many starts. This should be a pitcher's duel. Tampa is not the same offensive team without BJ Upton, in my opinion. 5. Detroit/Toronto - Under 1st 5 innings - Ricardo Romero was drafted with very high expectations. He has done nothing to earn a spot in the Jays' rotation this year, expect for wait for injuries. His time has finally come. There were a lot of high expectations for him in the organization. Rick Porcello is regarded as one of the top pitching prospects in all of baseball. He will be a front runner for ROY this year. I think the first time through the order, both teams will just be trying to get a look at these two guys. The second and third time through the order they might start swinging the bats a bit more, but hopefully by then, 5 quick innings are already over. |

Prez
Im just curious as to what the logic for picking the under was? - With Ted Lilly pitching against Brian Moehler. - 2 good hitting teams - small ball park - coming off two subpar games hitting wise for their standards Im just extremely curious. |

I don't like betting against Lincecum. In addition, I don't like backing Jeff Suppan, haha.
I think the Giants are an improved team this year and will do better than the Brewers.... but there is a lot of value in Mil today... I just wouldn't do it. |

Record: 21-11-1
1. Atlanta/Toronto - Over 197.5 - I think a lot of people will be on this, which makes me worry. But I also think the Hawks D on the road is not as good as it is at home. I look for the Raptors to get in a running game, because they will not be able to stop Atlanta in the half court. 2. Portland/Memphis - Over 190.5 - The Grizzlies have been playing well lately, and scoring lately - which they had not been doing for a while. Memphis +7 also seems like a good play, but I'm rolling with the over. |
