Both team's bats are hot plus starting pitchers have been struggling a bit and 29 mph wind seems like a good bet for over 7.5 Any thoughts? How does this type of wind affect playing conditions and any suggestions on the over under? Just trying to pick a over/under to parlay with rockies ml although might throw a bit on rl as well.
