From my experiences living in Toronto, I can tell you that most people here probably don't care all that much about the leafs / hockey / sports in general, at least before the playoffs start. I would say that there are a lot of die-hard leaf fans but you'll probably find them in the 40 plus population. To say hockey is life is a pretty big stretch at least from what i see.

Do you think that Ghana is a better team than England is??? I'm sure the U.S. side is used to facing top competition by now and will be ready for this game.

THE PLAY OVER 5.5 GL TO ALL Don't mean to sound like a jerk, but Crosby didn't do much in that final game against the States ... he did score the winning goal which was huge but he did relatively nothing until the he scored that kinda flukey goal. Not bashing him but I don't know if he breaks out like you think he might. |

Does your site offer a Grand Salami line? Seems like the better play than having to win both to win money. |

I'm guessing Gomez is about 5 foot 9 but he plays like he's 4 foot 1. That guy does whatever he can to avoid any contact and he never finishes off his checks. He's doing Gonchar a huge favour by not bumping him a bit.

every year a team comes out of nowhere and makes it deep in the playoffs ... why not the Bruins this year. Great goalie, great defense and guys stepping up big time like Recchi and Satan. I could definitely see the B's upsetting the pens if they keep playing like this.

I hope Carcillo's alright, someone sprayed some snow on his jersey ... looked like it hit him pretty hard.
