Go back to 1981, DePaul(Aguire) believe they were undefeated at the time playing 9 seed St Josephs. Some guard goes the length of the court for the winning basket at the buzzer 49-48. replied to Old Man Personal Opinions in College Basketball Early losses were not uncommon on the board me thinks. Pittsburgh was so bad no one could have expected that effort coming. Syracuse scoring only 9 pts in the last 15 minutes of the game after scoring 12 in the 1st 5 min of the 2nd half was another absolutely stinko effort. So far 3 Big East teams mailed in their effort.
