I looked it up...RGIII scored 24 ('average') on the wonderlic test. 

Of course, I'm sure that his "team" of advisors spent lots of time teaching the tricks of the test and nowadays players should score better with the knowledge of what to expect on the test.

unnecessary roughness...he tackled the  tampa DB with his HEAD and launched himself...that should of been a penalty...NFL needs to fine RGIII for that...imagine if the tampa DB tackled RGIII like that!!!! RGIII would be crying and complaining and the tampa DB would be fined a game check...DOUBLE STANDARD!!!!
