replied to Will Blacks and Whites in America ever get along. in General Discussion Your analogy of The Underworld movie and how it's really a reflection of whites and blacks race mixing is intresting.To think I thought I had a real good imagination. You say that you have never witnessed atrocities by whites to blacks...I guess that Dylann Roof kid who went into that Church and shot 9 blacks never really happened right?. His manifesto was just a fairy tale I presume. When is the last time a black person went into a place full of white people and just started shooting the place up just because he hates whites?. Why does it bother you so much what some white women that you don't know personally does. Do you own that person?. I could care less what race my sisters boyfriend is all that matters is the persons character to me not his color. I have noticed this alot on social media sites whenever IR dating is the topic. created a topic Will Blacks and Whites in America ever get along. in General Discussion Living in Canada we obviously witness what happens in America on a daily basis. I like to spend time reading and getting information from various social media. Whether it be Youtube,Facebook,news sites. One thing I have noticed is the very racist comments from Blacks,Whites,Hispanics towards each other whenever a topic is on race. Whether it be dating,politics,history. Blacks and Whites being the worst toward each other. The name calling is amazing. I'm not saying there isn't racism in Canada but from my life experience i'm pretty damn sure it's nowhere near the level of America. My younger sister had her High school Graduation. I was at my Parents house when her date picked her up. He was a white male. I could care less,my family didn't care either. He came in, we all sat down and chilled out. I have a feeling in America the reaction would have been much different and a problem no matter the gender of the couple. The majority of my girlfriends have been white (just happened that way) and I never had any problem with their families. Alot of it is how you are brought up whether your parents,relatives and friends teach it to you be hateful in my opinion. Maybe Blacks and Whites in America are like the Vampires and Werewolves in The Underwolves movies and will always be natural enemies. Someone said to me once. In America whites teach their kids to hate blacks.Blacks teach their kids not to hate whites just don't trust them. I personally just go about my business on a daily basis. created a topic Star Wars Episode 8 Romance...I don't get it. in General Discussion So John Boyega said that Finn and Rey are just friends in Episode 8. There will be a romantic angle but it wasn't going to go the way people imagined. First of all, I thought they were not suppose to say anything about storylines. If Finn and Rey don't hook up i'm not really suprised. People can dance around it all they want but HollyWood even in 2016 doesn't have the guts to have a IR of a black man and white woman on screen. It just amazes me. I went to the movie three times and I saw IR couples.You can go to the mall in my city,sit at a coffee shop and you will be lucky if you see a young black guy with a black girl. It's 90% of the time a white girl yet HollyWood still won't go that direction on screen. Now there is a new character being played by a women of Chinese ethnicity named Kelly Marie Tran. Rumors are she is Finns new love intrest. True or not who knows. First of all she is nowhere near attractive. John Boyega is no Michael B Jordan but c'mon man. Besides isn't the Chinese audience racist also?. I just shake my head..Rey can be your friend Finn but that's as far as it goes. I don't even want to hear about that forehead kiss friendzone stuff. If you want to get payback by throwing the ball at him and throwing punches than fine. The thing is, you were in Toronto just recently for three games. Why didn't you do anything than?. Why do you have to wait until you get back to your house to act all tough?. There was still water so I took apart the bottom piece." looks like a J". There is no more water but when I stuck my fingers up and down the pipe as far as I could it was slimy and a bit gunky. created a topic My kitchen sink is really clogged in General Discussion I have a double sink in my kitchen. The left sink is bigger than the right side and they end up draining to one main pipe. I first used a plunger,didn't work. Than I bought some Drano,didn't work. Than something called Liquid Heat,which was guaranteed to work. Did nothing. So after watching vids on Youtube I tried the Vinegar and baking Soda method. That did nothing also. So now i'm thinking of buying that CLR Power Plumber or should I just take the pipes apart?. I watch Euro Soccer on this one site called totalsportek.com and it will be good for awhile than they lose the feed due to copyright. You have to keep re-opening the link. created a topic Manchester City are going to get crushed. in Soccer As a Barca fan I hope they pull off the upset but I don't see it happening. They should have lost the first leg if not for some key saves by keeper Joe Hart. Cristiano Ronaldo didn't even play and he will be back for this fixture. Real Madrid are waaaay too experienced in games like this where City are practically newbies. Kun Aguero was a ghost in the first match and I think he will be a ghost again. He doesn't do it in BIG matches against BIG opponents. If the atmosphere at home in the QF against Wolfsburg was any indication than the Bernabeau will be a mad house and City won't be able to handle all that pressure. The only two teams that go to Madrid and win are Barcelona and Atletico Madrid because the pressure doesn't faze them.
