created a topic 365 cash out function in College Football hey all, anyone use 365 and ever have any issues with the cash out function? I took temple team total over 28.5. At the half it was lookin great... then they came out flatter than flat. I just wasnt feeling it and went to cash and run about 6-7 mins into the 3rd. Hit cash out, confirm, "sorry unable to cash out". Anyways, tried 20 times lol Same thing evertime. Markets were up at the time and i am very familiar with how it all works.It wasnt greyed out and unable ot be clicked on. Got on the chat and was fed a big mouthful of BS and how cash out works. Apparently American football is a fast paced game and cash out isnt always available... really? cool story, bro.. NBA is faster I said... Anyone else had instances where cash out should be available and they deny it?? The reasoning and explanations I got from customer service was a pile of BS and a major copy and paste job.
