KC has only scored more than 2 runs 3 out of their last 12 games. KC did get to 3 runs, but with back-to-back-to-back 2 out singles in the 8 for an insurance run. Vargas (KC) has not given up more than 2 earned runs in any of his past 4 games. Vargas went 6 innings and didn't give up a single run. Hughes has gone 6+ innings in 9 of his last 10 starts. Hughes went 7.2 innings only giving up 3 runs, another "quality start." MN has not been getting the clutch hitting their past 2 series and has not scored more than 3 runs in a game, if you take one inning in which BOS gave up 4 runs due to poor fielding and errors, and one inning that MIL (Lohse) blew up giving up 5 runs. MN did not have a run scoring play with RISP, and left bases loaded twice by hitting into a DP. 12 guys LOB. UNDER 8.5 Total finished at 4 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Not trying to rub in your under play, but instead I guess I am tooting my own horn for all the things going as the trends indicated above.) TUESDAY Night Game I don't really have a good read on Tues game KC @ MN. But I'd slightly lean MN (-111), simply because Young has been beat up his last 2 starts and May has pitch very well 2 out his last 3 starts. I'd also lean slightly over (O 8.5), as I think MN should be able to produce with RISP tonight and get back on track to where they were before the past 7 days. Here is the thing that has me going with the Under 8.5 here. KC has only scored more than 2 runs 3 out of their last 12 games. If I take only the last weeks into account, neither team is hitting well right now. And overall both pitchers have actually been solid, despite inflated ERA. My standard/average wager is $50, so that is my unit level. Whatever that is worth to you, I've never tried to go over $500 on any prop bet online, so I guess I'm not really sure. I bet Heritage (and unfortunately at Sportsbook, as I still funds have there) Heritage is OK, and I like them better for MLB. I usually bet Aria in Vegas. Tonight's game is set at 28.5 shots (Under -110) CHI has gone under the line for shots in 10 straight games, and has gone under in 14 of the 16 playoff games. (The only 2 overs were in the first series Vs STL.) created a topic NHL Playoff Wager that is 14-2 and has won 10 straight in NHL Betting If I told you there was a single wager, in these NHL playoffs that was 14-2 and has won in 10 straight ..... would you make that play? Let's just say that there is ONE wager you could make in tonight's game that has hit in 14 out of 16 of their games in these 2014 NHL Playoffs. Regardless of the line that has been posted it has also won in 10 straight games. If you've followed this play, you should be doing pretty well. I've made the wager in 9 out of the last 10 games, as well as 11 times in the playoffs. I have won on all 11 of those wagers and have been really happy that I've been following this run. You can bet your a$$ I'm playing the Under here again. I'm hoping the line will shift a little and lighten the -120 juice, but I threw 1 unit at this price. The juice just increased to -140 (Under) and +100 (Over) 40 cent line is a lot to pay to get Under 27.5. created a topic CHI Blackhawks O/U shots for total in NHL Betting So, I've been riding this train for the past 7 CHI Blackhawks games, taking the UNDER on CHI total shots for. The lowest it's been was set at 28.5 and that was game 6 in MIN. They've been Under every game for the past 7 with their highest total coming in at 28 shots and that took an overtime to get there. Game 1 they had 20 shots. Today's game has their O/U shots set at 27.5. Game 1 was set at 30.5, which for me was an easy no-brainer Under play. I'm a bit surprised that the O/U is at 27.5 for today's game #2 at home, a 10% drop from game 1 line. I'm still leaning the Under 27.5, but tonight might just be the game to break the 7 game streak of Unders. Or, the low shot total set is still just bait to get some cash placed on the over side for a change? Has anybody else been playing the shots total for CHI?
