created a topic Better to play 1/2 picks with larger bet amounts or play smaller bets but more of them? in MLB Betting Hey everyone, I don't post on here often but have been following peoples posts for a long time now. I have been getting crushed on betting this year. I try to manage the bank roll betting maximum 200 per game on 2 plays a day, usually singles sometimes 2 game parlays but still keep getting hammered. Worst season I've ever had . I was thinking if I'm betting say. 400 per day on 2 bets I feel are my POD, would it be better for me to play say 10 $40 bets with maybe a couple 2 game parlays to have a few higher payouts if I hit? I had 900 on a 2 game parlay on Tuesday night over under picking Houston and Oakland over 8.5 which hit and then took pit vs San Fran over 6.5 ...it was 5-0 top of two and final ended 5-0. Just f'n brutal. Then yesterday had two game parlay with mil vs Tampa under 6.5 which hit and Cincinnati and Arizona under 7.5 with 2-0 heading into 8th inning to lose 5-4 on a bottom of 9 home run with 2 out. created a topic MLB 2014 worst betting year ever in MLB Betting I don't post on here hardly ever but I do read peoples posts from time to time. I have been betting baseball every year since age 18 and I am now 36 and I have to say this is the worst year I have ever had betting baseball. Previous years I would usually come away from with a marginal profit but this year I think I have pissed away my winnings from all 18 years combined. People talk about trap games and for some reason out of a card of 10 games any given night im guaranteed to be on the losing end or some bullpen explodes and destroys my over under pick or whatever. I'm betting singles and the odd two game parlay and it's not like I'm betting 6 game parlays and bitching why I'm not winning. I'm taking it up the arse this year. Cold streaks come and go but this year is like the being frozen in the attic. Like a degenerate I keep thinking just stick to the same thing and it will eventually turn around but god damn my patience is at it's end. I'm thinking it is time for a long break. created a topic Fell off the train again!!! in NHL Betting FML.....I was doing so good in October/November staying disciplined and sticking to one game bets....was actually up close to 24,000 for the two months...then it all comes undone.. Took a few bad losses in week 14/15/16 NFL and I am down close to 15000 this month...starting to lose my cool and be parlays to try to get my money back...Lost a 4 team parlay yesterday in NFL due to the useless team Detroit Lions, and then today went 3/4 with Pittsburgh losing ...i took St. Louis, Boston, Chicago -2 and Pittsburgh and I am kicking myself now as I had Philly picked but decided to change the pick to Pittsburgh....
