Coming off his worst performance is not a fair time to make that statement. Herbert has WR’s & TE’s that can’t catch. Early on One drop by Dissily is no doubt a would be TD.

And the other drop resulted in the pick 6.

Thats 14 points off miscues by Herbert’s supporting cast.

 Yeah, PSU against the lower level teams doesn’t concern me. It’s when they play the Top 10 teams they always manage to take the big fat L.
