Vegas I have been following you for quite a bit of time on and off.  Been over on another site last year doing some great things with some others..

Anyway, I respect your capping a ton...but I love Marshall in this game and I agree with PACE play here.  But i looked at it and think Marshall will control the pace bit more by being at home.  Not saying I don't like UNDER with you, but I prefer Marshall here.

ANyt houghts on the game?  I think FLOW will be a little more in favor of Marshall

I like this play, but do you really the k this is a good value?  If LSU wins this week, I think that line will be less than a touchdown in BR...you could wait to see what happens in T Town this week and how much is the line gonna go up?  I think you could get Bama -220 vs LSU which would probably be their only possible loss on the schedule.

What are their Odds to win it all?

1 Day totals for the Board:  Let's see if we can keep this thing rolling! 

$$$$ 1-0
ALL:  3-1

3 Plays today:

SF -1.5  -115 with Bum  SF scored 14 runs in 2 games vs Cincy and I do not see them really getting slowed down by Big Dan.  Dan had a really nice outing vs Mil 2 starts ago but has not given up less than 3 runs but once in his last 7 starts including 25 ER  He also simply walks too many people.  And need I mention the Cincy bullpen that is still dreadful4 Hits, 3 Runs and 5 BB last night alone!! Expect more of the same and we have one of the best pitchers of the last 5 years on our side.  And the GIANTS NEED to win...Cincy is playing it out although VOTTO is on FIRE...batting something stupid over his past 10 games!!

5-2 SF today

Texas -1.5  +125 With my boy YU.  Look I know Texas has been scuffling for the past week of so since All Star break and I think this is a perfect spot for them.  YU pitched is most innings since his return and his strikeouts are already up around 10-12 per game.  Bullpen always an issue with Texas...tread lightly but I think YU might go 7.2 ish today.  Rangers hit .22 points higher vs Lefites and Oak is .15 points lower vs righties.  Huge edge in hitting and I think YU is the best righty in the AL (when fully healthy)   Gimme an ACE vs a rookie.  Note:  Manea has a good little stat line vs Texas this year but BOTH those games were in Oakland and I think the texas  heat WILL have an affect on Sean tonight  Doolittle is out for Oakland and that is a big loss to their bullpen.

Finally, OCA UNDER 8  Shoemaker has been a stud for the Angels   Giving up more than 3 just twice since May 10 and KC is not exactly striping the ball  0 Runs last night and hasn't scored more than 4 in 8 days.  OCA did explode last night (Unusual for them) but we have Duffy on the hill for KC and he is simply been amazing for KC.  Doesn't walk anyone, given up more than 3 only once in last 11 starts. Wish we had 8.5 but I think this is 3-2, 3-1 4-2 type of game.  Let's try and survive that 1st inning tonight and I think we sail through this one.

2 Parlays all with these 3  3 teamer and  a 4 teamer ADD Yankees

Love 3 Races Tonight

Yankees -145  Pineda has been really solid of late and we get a shot at Gonzalez  Yanks collect 20 hits last night and should feel good about tonight.

Texas Perez has been really good in Last 8 starts and we get the better team facing a "false ace" tonight.

Arizona SD Over 9.5  2 Straight overs  and I do not see any let up tonight.

Great trends going on Thursday so let's cash a little tonight and get ready for a big weekend.

Sunday Bases:

Texans and Houston:  I view both of these games as almost mirror images.  Two teams playing really well.  Better pitchers in form, both coming off two semi blow outs (Rangers really blown out) and both teams sitting about -150.  I am going to try and little Straight action for 1 Unit and Run Line -1.5 for 1 Unit.  Really confident I will get one of these home and both if the bats continue to be hot.

Totals:

Tailing the Detroit Over as it looks really good after the tip
Tailing OCA over as Boston is dreadful (how many times do we have to set Boston at -180 before we fade them everyday.

My total:  LAD UNDER....I think we have a great line here at 7.5.  Everyone thinks Colorado is a this loaded lineup and yes, they are really good but their numbers are inflated in you look at their splits.  In total Bizaroo parks, LAD plays in a cavernous park and simply put, ballpark make the total here.  It would be 12 in Colorado.

5-0 and 6-1 first 2 games and I think Gray will have a little success here today.

Write ups if interested!

Cleveland:  The Sausage King of Chicago (Stroman) is really struggling and has been bombed last couple of starts.  I will add Cleveland to my list tonight as "streak" play more than I Love Tomlin...slight edge to Cleve here and the previous 8 WINNERS helps me put some $ down.

Houston Run Line (-1.5)  Fiers hasn't lost in forever (May 27) and Gonzalez got bombed last time out v Toro for 8 runs.  Houston is simply scary right now offensively and Gonzo is prob not in a good spot.  If I had a second $$$$ Play it would be this...-175 is too much for me, but I will take the Run Line.

Texas:  Look they just lost 2 games and they probably been playing over their skis a little lately, but we have a best vs worse record scenario.  And at a good price...I am also going to add my "trend play" on the OVER in the game as well.

Yankee and Pads OVER 7.5  Both of these guys are about to get bombed tonight...this PETCO park is NOT the PETCO of recent years with fences moving in and lowered.  This 'SHOULD be a classic Camby over where one of the 2 pitchers should get rocked  (Rea)  whom i a refer to as Dia-Rea or Gona-Rea....

I really like this card....I am only going to play ALL of these for 1 unit and maybe a 1/4 Unit parlay or 2 on these combinations etc.  I had that monster day on Tuesday and I don't want to give away the week trying to crush the man.....

Note:  I faded Minny, CWS, Minny and Tampa....not exactly quantitative physics  LOL  Keep is simple.


NOTE 2: Since their 23-10 start, CWS are 17-29 since which pretty much puts them as the worst team in the majors (Minny started 0-9 and is 25-44 since...get the picture?

We can another $$$$ winner on Thursday but had a crappy day at 2-2 when Cubs pooped the bed late with some horrid Defense.  Let's have a great weekend and try and start July off as good as June was!!

$$$$ Detroit -105  $$$$

I had a really tough time choosing between my plays as a $$$$ play but I guess I landed on Detroit because Fulmer has been soooooo good to me.

We have a team that is actually hitting (Miggy on a tear) isa team that is completely slumping (2-12) L14.  They gave Fulmer an extra skipped start (they said due to rest and I will believe them...but monitor) and if that is the case, he should be ready to go.  Already has a W against Tampa this year and Smyly is simply in horrible form.

Most of you know I prefer fading bad pitchers than betting on high priced studs....numerous other small er stats favor Detroit and I won't bore ou with those, but this looks like a great spot as long as Fulmer is being "injury hidden"....

Good luck to all...other write ups coming.  But plays are:

Texas (Maybe over as well?)

San Diego Over (gonna be a fireworks show in SD tonight)

$$$$ Cleveland -125 

Look Cleveland will eventually lose and it could be tonight.  However, the pitching matchup tonight is NOT even close.  Carrasco is a great form and so are the Indians.  Toronto just finished a 6 road trip at 3-3 vs 2 mediocre teams in Colo and CWS.  RAD is simply in poor form right now....he gave up 4 HR to CWS in his last start and 8 HR over the past few games.  It took a miracle Yankee comeback to knock Texas off its run and I think it will take some crazy event to keep Cleveland off the Win tonight.  Anything is possible as we saw last night...that was NUTS....but let's side with the Indians tonight and hope Lucky 13 is in play. 

The matchup is 100% in our favor especially pitching...legggoooooooo! 

Other plays!!


Cubs -140  Bone spurs in the elbow, a team that just popped the cork off about 30 runs in Cincy vs a team that can't score

Baltimore:  More HRs tonight and Balt has ACE going as a dog.  Not sure why Vegas likes Seattle so much!!

SF:  Don't think Bum has 2 poor outings in a row and the Giants need a stopper tonight!!  Note:  This game scares me a little but i have been a Bumgarner backer for years and I don't dare get off his train.  He is my horse and I will go to battle with him any day!!

Coastal Carolina:  My play was cancelled last night and I now got a much worse line...but I think they win the game tonight!!

I waited for the CWS Series line to come out and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Arizona -135.  Clearly, Vegas has a bunch of West Coast players in town and no one watches College Baseball.  CC is good, really goo and they have a stud on the hill tonight in Andrew Beckwith, guy is 2-0 in the World Series having beaten Florida and TCU going 18 innings and giving up 2 ER and 12 ks.  Funky delivery which should give Arizona fits tonight. 

CC just seems like a team of destiny right...they have this little Delevedova type on the team and he wreaks havoc on the paths...CC will NOT be intimidated by the moment.  They were screwed in the National Seeding this year having to travel to NC State...won a miracle game there in the 9th inning then went to Baton Rouge to take on one of the hottest teams and future first rounder in Lange...swept them 2-0.   

I would have used CC as my top $$$$ play at +125 if I would have seen it, but I really don;t like Weaver so Houston remains my top play!! 

Lets go get some Chanticleer $$$$ tonight and pull for the Little Guy!!!!

Ugggghhhhh-

I am done with the Marlins as well as Red Sox for time being...I will make any exception for Jose, but that is it.  They just simply kill me and I didn't even like them today!!!!  

Cubs -1.5, Houston, Baltimore in the afternoon and I stick stupid Fish in the middle of a good card.

I thin the Rangers are in a bit of a poor spot tonight...but I am not one to get off a heater...I made 2 BIG wins last 2 days and although the $ looks great...I might play 1/2 unit on them, but i am not sure.  

Cleveland on the other looks to be a HUGE play tonight  I don't know much about the braves pitcher...However, when you look at the Rangers lineup (typically) vs the Indians lineup, night and day!!  How the Indians are doing it with what they have...really is remarkable.

Another Top $$$$ Play Winner on Tuesday with easy Rangers win.

My trends went 2-2 (and of course I didn't play the Over in Toronto because of the weather)  But those 3 of those trends are alive today (LAD Under, Colo Over and Minny Over)  So far 2-2.

On to Wednesday:  I am a little hesitant on the line, but I love the spot for the Houston Astros.  I have been doing this for many years and EVERY year I see a veteran who comes in an knows how to pitch.  He gets people out and when he starts to slow down, it is usually trouble.  However when guys like Lincecum and Weaver simply shouldn't be in the rotation (LOL they are BOTH on the Angels staff...hilarious) they tend to get ROCKED by HOT dreams and the Astros are one of these teams. 

Arguably playing as well as anyone right (sans Cle and Tex) but they are tearing the cover off the bat.  And if Angels had thrown a fire baller last night, then Weaver 84 fastball might have been more effective.  But no way he contains this lineup today.

Big $$$$$ Play on Astros -1.5 at -105 (Some of you not afraid of -160, feel free to grab some of that too)  I might but I think Keuchel can get the job done for an easy 2+ run W

Others plays today: (And if anyone wants more info I have pages of data) I just don't think this generation wants that much info!!

LAD:  Love this kid Stewart tonight! Dodgers are really good against sub .500 teams and just can't beat the big boys.  Kershaw prob headed for DL and sometimes this gives a team a little more "to play for".  Like the Dodgers and UNDER (on the dodgers trend)

Cubs -1.5  Reed has pitched 12 innings and given up 15 hits and 9 ER...not really a good recipe for Cubs lineup. Best tonic for a losing streak...Reds pitching!!  Cubs win first 3 of the series (not sure if it s a 4 game set) by 2+ runs

Baltimore:  I watched Frederich play the Reds last week as this was my TOP OVER play last week (WON) and I think we get much of the same today.  Balt just crushing and I think this might get ugly...so Balt, Balt RL and Maybe even OVER as I don't think Gallardo gets the shut out.

Like the Card today and I will TAIL my last Miami play of the year.  Other than Jose, I simply don't play the Marlins, but I can see the Tiger BP giving up a bunch today...almost blew the game last night.  


Lets go....maybe one other play later...but that is plenty of action for the Pimp Nation!!!

Yeah  Not the way I drew it up but Kris Bryant carried us!

Alright here are some of my trends found last night: 

1.  Dodgers Trend:  LAD is 24-5 to the Under following an OVER...LAD went over on Monday!!!!  So trend is UNDER today. 

2.  Matt Harvey Has 5 Straight Unders since his abysmal start. 

3.  Minny is an unbelievable 46-16 to the over with a few pushes since an 0-9 start with 9 straight under. 

I will play these 3 all week and see where it ends up!!!!

$$$$ Rangers -118

Why Not?  Hamels is 22-5 Last 27 starts as a Ranger.  Yankees struggle with Lefties and they are simply finding ways to win.  CC has been really solid himself but in his last start gave up 6 runs (in Colo) but also rolled his ankle twice.  Had X-rays so I am sure it was "not nothing"  Always looking for any slight edge we can get.  

Let's stay with this solid pitcher and almost BEST RECORD in baseball.  Rangers have been great to the Pimp Nation all year so I will continue to support.  They even rallied in the rain to get our OVEr last night.

$$$$ Texas -118  $$$$

Hit my Last 3 and 5 out of 6 (I think).  Cubs got us home in a very unusual start by Jake...let's keep an eye on the big fella going forward.  
Finally I have 2 FADE LIST adds and both pitched last night EROD for Boston and Straily for the Reds...2nd time through the lineup and Straily got crushed!!!  EROD simply sucks...no defending him (possibly hurt but he sucks  for now)

Have some great trends for tonight, just need to check on some lineups later.  

PS  ALWAYS check lineups before you make the final play.  Not seen Texas lineup today or Yankees, but if I see all the Yankees lefties in there, I will pounce.  BTW, Texeria out of slump (3 hits and a HR but batting .191)  Yankees did get 16 hits last night...LOL and still lost!

Man when the Dodgers go bad, they go really bad.  Same with Angels...must be the weather.  Played Pirates once I saw the Dodgers lineup.... 

Hope everyone cashed that +160 gift from the White Sox on Sunday...starting to heat up a little more lately

$$$$ Play on Cubs -1.5 -150  $$$$ 

I know it seems like Jake ahas lost about 3 in a row, but the answer is (to me) the best pitcher in baseball vs the worst team in baseball...yes you can argue ATL but the Reds are simply dreadful.  Cubs need this launching pad that is GABP and I think this gets away from the Reds early.  Strailly has given up 21 ER in Last 6 starts and I just can't see Jake giving up more than 2 here.  I think this is a 5-1 or 6-2 WIN for the Cubs. 

Note:   When you are an ACE, a stopper, MLB pitchers take it upon themselves to end a losing streak or a bad stretch.  The Cubs need a complete game today or at least 8 innings from their ACE and don't forget Jake is pitching for a contract...he will use these spots to pick up much needed ammunition in the Winter.  All of these edges lean to Cubs and I think I just barely meet the criteria fora $$$$ play.
