A unit is just a measure of your bankroll, it can be different for anybody. For example, your unit might be $1000, so 1 unit = $1000 for YOU. Someone else may simply have a lower or higher dollar amount.

Opening home game for Memphis, looking for them to shutdown the Jazz completely in a low scoring affair.

Pacers have been shaky so far but I look for them to show up tonight against the Spurs, even if it is on their court.
