I agree.  Feedback would be nice, to find out why I didnt receive the $25 free play.

I simple reply back to my nunerous e-mails is all I was asking for.

Not all true.  Didnt get the free $25 for 7 in a row. Followed all the rulez.

And what really gets me, is the NO REPLYS to my numerous e-mails.

One thing that comes to ming ... THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS SITE SUCKS!

just hope if I ever win anything more than a free $25 they pay it out.

Ahh well. For those who do hit the 7 in as row, good luck getting that free play.  It seems not everyone gets it.
