KGKG refuses to come into my strike zone, yes I'm looking for a bargain but is .09000 to much to ask for?

Congrats on the AMD puts, going to stick with the position for a while so hopefully you get on the call side on of these days.

So YETI in process of dumping 9.5 million share on the market  helping push the stock from36.5 to25.5  to say I'm happy dumping 1/2 my position at36.16 is the understatement of the month....got a buy order in at22.5 as the bull.thesis is still intact in my opinion.

Nibbled at TW around 44, really like this tiny company to do big things next few years,,, buy order on YETI at 22.5 she needs to come to papa...sold IWM earlier this week realizing a 3.5% gain, finally realized it's going nowhere for a while compared to spy/qqq..

The blacklisting of Huawei is huge FU to China, hes cutting off the chips and other technology  they use to gather information...unfortunately my small XLNX position toook a big hit today however they should overcome the 10% revenue loss in quick order.

Yes I do believe our economy will absorb the increased pricing  of tariffs easily, even our favorite company to hate----Walmart--- has been aggressively shifting supply chains out of China the past year. 

I don't think a deal will come anytime soon because both D and R have decided enough is enough and prez gas shown willingness to go to the mat on this issue... the 25% on 300B will be enacted and dont be surprised if it hits 50% if the Chinese are stubborn on tech transfers and stolen IP.

In my lifetime (1967) its Jimmy Carter hands down. Very nice person but a spineless jellyfish in every sense of the word. The country spiraled out of control very quickly under his stewardship,  as a youngster I remember my neighbor telling dad his mortgage was 18%, wtf.

How exactly can the Chinese retaliate, they're a exporter not a importer(except oil) and are in a precarious situation with US and EU... they basically shot their wad with latest round of tariffs on US goods and have no bullets left. 

My thesis is Trump doesnt really want a deal until US supply chains lower their Chinese exposure by at least 50% and this process is happening rapidly...except for Apple which is royally screw-ed...maybe a separate thread would be appropriate for this discussion..

Do find it funny that people think Trump "doesnt understand" the ramifications of his actions like hes a d---behind...typical media typecast of all Republican prez...
