 Hi Jerry - Sorry for any issues you are having, that is super frustrating. I will pass this on to Flynt and we'll get this fixed for you.

In the meantime, search your email for something from contests@coversmedia.com and see if anything comes up.  Also, the way Amazon gift cards usually work is, a code is sent to your email address. Usually the title will say the name of the person (or entity) that is sending to you, "This person/place sent you an Amazon Gift Card!" Then you have to take the code from the email and apply that to your account.

 There was an email sent to the address you have on file here on your Covers account on October 13th.  You can do a search for contests@coversmedia.com or support@coversmedia.com. 

If you're not sure what email address you have on file here you can check it under "My Account".

 Can you post the time frame of your streak?  I see one late September/early-mid October. Is that what you're referring to?

 Hi, just to follow-up with you - I talked to Colin about this, and he advised me that it is an bug we've been with the single sign-on between our site and the contest platform.  Unfortunately, it is incredibly hard to replicate, because it happens so sporadically.  But the team is aware and keeping an eye out for this, and hopefully find a fix when it is more clear what is happening. 

In the meantime, would you mind posting here if you have any further issues with it? That will help us have at least a small log of issues.

 I think because they are working on the bigger issues at the moment, this one just isn't high-priority.  I'm not a tech person, but, I do know that sometimes some fixes can cause something else to go awry on some other module, so makes sense for them to take these one-by-one.  What you and I think should be a simple fix, might involve a lot more than we realize.
