Ireland -34.5 over United States 22-10 Ireland, Final
Georgia +33.5 over Scotland 15-9 Scotland, Final
Georgia +50.5 over England 41-10 England, Final
Samoa +8.5 over Wales 17-10 Wales, Final
Australia -46.5 over United States 67-5 Australia, Final
Georgia +2.5 over Romania 25-9 Georgia, Final
United States -7.5 over Russia 13-6 USA, Final
Samoa -8.5 over Fiji 27-7 Samoa, Final
Argentina -2 over Scotland 13-12 Argentina, Final
Wales -54 over Namibia 81-7 Wales, Final
Georgia +23 over Argentina ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, another Georgia match, another BUCKET FULL O' .And I love how they were placed as the underdog to Romania. Seriously, who is setting these lines? I have been asking this question for weeks on end, as I think that recreational drug use amongst the lines-setters in starting to take its toll. They can't even figure out who the proper favorite in a match is anymore.
Anyway.....added Georgia again to the running list. Of course, the Under is well-worth looking at, even though I have no idea what that total number is. Any Scotland or Argentina match = 90% Under.
And Scotland v. England = Under.....even though I don't even know the number. Haha.

i dunno who the hell your bookie is but georgia were 9 points favs with the 3 bookies i checked, the TAB, Centrebet and Bet365.
Look at when I posted that line at the very beginning of this thread.
The first seven matches or so I placed them ALL before the tournament started. The lines-setters in union are hopelessly ignorant and rely on a bunch of played matches to occur before trying to tighten their lines up, hence the massive bouncing around in lines. Georgia is heaps better than a Romanian team that, truthfully, shouldn't have even made the WC. And then I see Georgia being given points??? WHAAAAAAAAAT?! Why? Because Romania is a bigger country? Because Romania is a better-known country? Who knows, who cares. Easy cheese.

We'll see how much I love them some more after the Argentine match. Haha... Taking the Georgia ML punt for a small bit might prove to be fruitful as well. Hmmmmmmm.....

Can't believe you got them as dogs against Romania...I got them at -8
Thoughts tonight? I'm leaning South Africa but could see this going either side of -18...maybe just watch tonight.
Sorry, just saw your post...well after the SA v. Samoa match. I stayed away from that one as Samoa is a good team and SA is flaky. Coin toss on the spread.
Georgia was -8 because Georgia had already played multiple matches when that line was set and the books realized they had their heads up their ass when they set the original line at +2. I'm not tooting my own horn, far from it, as I take a beating in wagering like all people.....but the lines set at this world cup have been so wildly atrocious, I feel compelled to take shots at the lines-setters. Highly incompetent. Too bad I can't find a job setting these lines. Would be much more interesting than my current line of work and more enjoyable, no doubt. Haha.

Dream job!
The lines were definitely soft early in the mismatches and you got em real early and were able to hammer them confidently. It'll be tougher in the playoff stage. Appreciate the insight throughout.

Thanks Seymour!
Yeah, would be a dream job, but also might make one not like sport so much anymore if you had to be dialed in all the time to it to set the lines properly.
Yes, lines during the knock-out stage will tighten considerably and be much, much harder to win at. The group stages offer the softest lines and a lot of easy pickings, as the margins of talent between some sides is considerable, and let's be honest, how long and often do the lines-setters study Romanian Rugby? Hahaha...
Cheers!

Another Georgia match, another EASY WIN. Another joke line, another lines-setter losing his job. Georgia getting a whopping 23 points and Georgia winning at the Half. J-O-K-E.
Georgia 4-for-4
