NRL put in a policy that cannot be policed........unless there is a whistle blower.........every team except the Raiders, sharks and Bulldogs (learnt there lesson) are over the cap........The others just havent been caught, thats all.....

how about no signing of new players for 2 seasons, reduce their salary cap for a few seasons, lose points for upcoming seasons. They had zero future repercussions of their crime

And nothing will change until the players are paid employees of the nrl not their club, and their salarys are made public. but league players are too fucking precious
