I know this guy who got $2.50 on Melbourne 2 weeks from the GF last year.

That's a great bet.

Jamie Soward 6 weeks out at $2.75..... not so much...

different situaton

Last year you still had the 3 most popular teams still in it - the minor Premier Dragons, the Bullwogs and the biggest bandwagon ever the hayne train. Melbourne were considered "vulnerable" by some media types (ie Voss and Rothfield) because they had only won 1 from 3

Plus, you also have to take into consider the amount already invested by those delusional dragons
