Making a season-long (or whatever remains of it lol) thread instead of creating new ones on the daily. While I do make a good number of plays throughout the day that I don’t post, my posted plays seem to do better, and I’m eager to be able to keep a log for statistical purposes. Anyways, hoping to start the thread with some bangers .

Nottingham Forest/Manchester City - Despite a down season for their standards, City is still my favorite team to bet not just in the EPL but globally. You can count on Pep’s teams to play attacking football, and for props purposes that bodes well, especially against a side like Nottingham who is most comfortable ceding possession and playing on the counter. That’s why Nottingham’s opponents regularly hit double digit shots with the last opponent to not achieve that feat being Luton in the FA Cup back in January. In this reverse fixture, City hit 17 shots against Forest. Pool and Newcastle shot 17 and 23 times, respectively, at City Ground. If Forest gets off to an early lead, you can further expect them to park the bus and stay compact while getting pelleted with shots the rest of the match. That’s why looking at the shots market, I personally feel you can’t go wrong taking the likes of Bernardo Silva and Josko Gvardiol’s SOG since I anticipate the midfielders and wingbacks will have opportunities to join in on the attack. But personally I think Jeremy Doku is going to have a day tomorrow. Over the last couple weeks, it seems like Pep’s finally letting the leash go on Doku, playing him the whole ninety against Pool and Tott, and it’s about time. The left winger reminds me of Mahrez (yea I know he played on the right) in that both are able to take on defenders and create chances for themselves and others consistently. He’s a far better option than Grealish at this point, and after being rested last week in the FA Cup tie, think he’ll have the whole ninety again tomorrow. He had 2 shots with 1 on target against both Pool and Tott, and against Forest at the Etihad earlier this season, he had a goal and an assist on 3 shots. At plus money for just ONE SOT, there’s so much value here. He hasn’t had a goal or an assist since 1/19 against Ipswich. I think that ends here. Also liking both teams to score as only 1 out of the last 5 saw both teams netting. If there is a season where Forest will breach City’s once impenetrable defense, it’s this year.
Plays: Doku 1+ SOG (+112), 2+ SOG (+600), Doku 1+ assist (+400), 1H over 0.75 (will wait to take live just hope I’m able to get up for a 4:30 game lol)
By the way, mentioned this before but my book voids prop bets for players if they do not start, so it’s advantageous to me to lock in these odds while I can. DO NOT recommend playing these props prior to lineup confirmation if your book still counts player props as long as the player sees the field. It’s complete robbery to grade a bet when a player could be on the field for a minute.
Hopefully will be able to post a few more times later.

Lille/Montpellier - Taking a quick scan of the board and seems like there have been some significant upsets and unpredicted results (Munich and Leverkusen, Pool coming back from a goal down at halftime). The common denominator is that these teams are involved in CL football. I can’t stress how much this matter (don’t believe me take a look at results all season following CL games). It’s the perfect opportunity to take dogs and dogs to score as CL teams are trying to find that balance. That being said, looks like Lille is putting out their preferred 11, as they do not have the depth to rotate significantly to rest their main guys for the second tie against Dortmund. What I’m expecting here then is for Lille to get that 1H goal or 2 and see out the game. If you can’t rotate, you mind as well get that result quickly, close up shop, and see the game through, especially against poor side like Montpellier.

Inter/Monza - Dogs are barking today. Was looking at odds for Monza to score that second goal after they got their first and it as +420 not for the 1H but for the ENTIRE game lol and of course they promptly score. Will need to take note for next weekend as it might be a good time to take dogs to score live at +200-400 with CL teams going to be physically and emotionally exhausted after their second ties. Any case, expecting some bookings here in a highly charged match for both, Inter with the Scudetto race and Monza with the relegation battle.
Plays: Over 3.5 bookings (+110)

You are on point sir, others should take heed. Another reason I cut back on plays due to all the derbys. Time for me to look into MX and tomorrow's fuckery.

Chelsea/Leicester - Watched the 1H and think Chelsea is in a very fragile state mentally. Palmer’s fit ever penalty miss does not help and as this weekend’s theme of dogs jumping on teams involved in midweek European matches continues I think Leicester finds a way to get on the scoresheet, especially after being blanked in their last 3 games. This team isn’t THAT bad offensively. Robert Sanchez, who leads the league in goalkeeping errors, just got back into the first team after being benched the last 4 games. Wouldn’t be surprised if an error leads to the Foxes getting something here.

Chelsea might just park the bus from here and take the 1-0 win. Leicester can't even get a lucky goal. Last 4 EPL matches no goals. last goal was in a cup match at ManU

Still got 15 min left. There have been a lot of underdogs getting on the scoresheet late. I don’t know why I feel like Leicester will somehow get a result here. They seem due and Chelsea had been struggling in the EPL prior to that home win against Southampton. Guess we’ll see but fingers crossed!

Leicester is in trouble. Tough. Getafe and Union Berlin scored against their European competition involved counterparts. What can you do. Would've expected Leicester to go for it more aggressively. Seems like they've actually taken a step back under RVN.
@Cmlee123
Ouch. Yea that's unexpected. Maresca must be nursing Palmer's ego/confidence. Don't know why he did something that he usually doesn't do. I barely lucked out with that last kick on target by Enzo. Needed to cover some bets. Good to know you're into MLB. I'm going to need some more guidance for baseball.
