i have the US and German Citizenship , guess what , the Government was unable to provide every German Citizen abroad with necessary voting documents , meaning an estimated number between 3-4 million people cannot cast their vote , not even the ambassadors
people living in Canada , USA , Central and S America , Australia , Asia etc
this means the election could be ruled invalid by the German Supreme Court
