Worst bet I have placed in a very long time. That was just dumb. That's what usually happens when your heart overtakes your brain. I was thinking a push at worst too. Iran deserved better. Messi saved Argentina in both games. He can't win every game by himself. Will work against Bosnia and Iran, but that moronic approach won't work past the group stage.

damn - had a bunch of parlays all tied into Germany ML.  kept thinking Ghana +1.5 was the safest bet too.  oh well - at least we got the over.

Ok, i stayed away from Brazil as I thought they were very overrated, but I just think here Cameroon team is a mess. They were ready to fight each other on the field. There is no discipline and their defense is very suspect. I think Brazilians need a good performance going into the next round and Cameroon have nothing to play for. Hopefully, Brazil won't disappoint.

Today's bets are a little more riskier as these were placed last night without knowing the rosters. So, tail cautiously if you decide to do so. All 1u.

England/Costa Rica over 2½ -119 for Game
Colombia (World Cup) +110* vs Japan (World Cup)
Ivory Coast (World Cup) +102* vs Greece (World Cup)

I knew major changed were coming to the English squad, but the back 4 is still suspect, no matter who is playing. They also have nothing to lose and I think we will see an exciting game, where CR is going to try to win the group convincingly.
When I saw the other two games were + money, I decided not to think too hard there. Colombia's B team might even be better than Japan. Greece can't sit back the whole game and hope for draw anymore, so that should help IC players to have some space and be creative. IC is much more talented team and I think they will be able to crack Greek defense.

I am staying away from the US vs Germany match. Hard to cap whether both sides will just play for a draw or actually try. If you really want to play this game, watch the first 5-10 minutes of it and play it live.

Ghana (World Cup)/Portugal (World Cup) Over 3 -110* 1u

Both teams have nothing to lose and must win tomorrow. In Portugal's case winning might not even be enough. They need to win by a good margin. Both teams should go out and try to score. I think it will be a pretty entertaining and high scoring match here.

Belgium (World Cup) -½,-1 -116* vs South Korea (World Cup) 1u

Belgium have very little to play for, just like France today. However, they have had a pretty disappointing WC so far despite winning both games. This is their last chance to make sure they are all on the same page and South Korea is the weakest opponent in the group.

I am really liking both Algeria and Ghana ML. Will decide how I am going to play them tomorrow. Might go with the safer options instead.

Suns - been a great cup so far.  appreciate all your picks.  what do you think of Colombia -105 vs Uruguay?  they don't seem to be nearly the same team without Suarez.  am i missing something or does this seem like a gift at -105?

I definitely like it. I see it is Even money on several sites. However, keep in mind that Italy, England, and Costa Rica were all on different level compared to Colombian competition. Uruguay is a lot tougher, but you have to like Colombia here. I will probably be on it as well.

agree Uruguay had much stiffer group competition. need to dig a little more and make sure I'm not overlooking anything - but Colombia has played great team ball and love their attacking style.

Staying away from the first game. Leaning Brazil -1 but just going to watch and enjoy the game.
